The place is neat and quiet. I feel safe to live there. Family mart is right downstairs. Bus lines snd MRT are close by.

She is a super host. Responsive and professional in communication and providing some local info. Fast response to help when it need. During our stay the lift breakdown and she provided clear instructions on where how to get on it

Johnson's place was listed accurately. The place was clean and quiet, and very close to convenience stores (711/familymart/watson) and a few other breakfast places and restaurants. The only slight "downside" is that it's around 15 minutes walk to the train station, but we just ended up cabbing or taking the bus to the station. We stayed for almost two weeks visiting relatives and enjoyed it greatly. The listing is also on the second floor, so if you have large luggages you will need to carry them up through a narrow staircase.

Die Vermieterin hat super schnell geantwortet, war sehr entgegenkommend bei der Check-in Zeit und auch während des Aufenthaltes immer erreichbar. Die Lage ist perfekt um zu Fuß alle für uns uns wichtigen Dinge zu erreichen. Bushaltestelle, Park, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, alles in unter 5 min. zu Fuß zu erreichen! Super Aufenthalt, gerne wieder.

The little appartment is cosy. All you need is inside. It is clean. Quiet neighbourhoud. There is a good manual for washmachine, aircos and other. Close to metro and shopping centra. We loved the appartment very well. The only thing that you have to take in account is the steep stairs to reach the appartment. And the low table and chairs. We used the two chairs that have legs. We will surely come back. Johnson is reachable, correct and friendly.

Very cozy place at great location. Easy access to Taipei Metro station, stores and restaurants. This is a quiet compact place with basic necessities for travelers. The apartment is fairly new with safety control on gate entrance and each floor- highly recommended for females or family with little kids who prioritize safety. Jill is friendly and responsive, also flexible to accommodate our needs for early check in and late check out. Will definitely choose this place again.

Show and her family were spectacular hosts! They gave amazing local tips—from night markets to fruits like wax apples and plum-powdered guavas. I tried a local pinball arcade game, ate street food, and explored a safe, lively neighborhood. The apartment is next to the MRT and has a 24/7 7-Eleven downstairs—super convenient. When I randomly bought a watermelon, Show’s mom kindly dropped off a cutting board and knife—so thoughtful! The place had lots of blankets, pillows, and even a washing machine and hangers (which I didn’t need). They also recommended a nearby running track, and I managed to go once! Communication was fast and helpful, and even when I lost an umbrella, they were kind about it. I’ll make up for it next time! I’d absolutely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Taipei. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Our extended family had a lovely stay. Spacious and quiet with plenty of bedrooms, very responsive hosts. The neighborhood is fantastic - peaceful and residential yet just down the street from Shidong Market, minutes from lots of local food options and five minutes from the best shave ice we had in Taiwan! The apartment is on the top floor of the building so be prepared for some stairs, though our elderly parents had no problems with multiple trips per day!

We had a good stay for a month here. The location is very convenient, just a 3-minute walk to the subway, and there are many restaurants nearby. The host was very responsive to our inquiries and any issues we had, and she was very nice as well.

We loved our stay at Rica’s property in Tianmu! The location is perfect—quiet, residential, next to a park, and close to the hot springs. The apartment is spacious with 3 large rooms and a comfy living area. The futon beds in two rooms were fine for us (having lived in Japan), but may take getting used to for others. The kitchen is well-equipped (no oven, but great stove and pans). What truly made our stay outstanding was Rica’s hospitality. She was incredibly responsive, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. If I could give her 7 stars, I absolutely would! We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Tianmu and look forward to staying here again in the future.

**Exceptional Stay in Taiwan!** I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb. The place was incredibly clean, which made the stay so comfortable and relaxing. The location couldn't have been more convenient—everything I needed was just a short walk away. Sebastian was a fantastic host, always easy to communicate with, and provided clear instructions from check-in to check-out. The price was also very reasonable for such a great experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Taiwan and will definitely stay here again on my next trip!

It looks just like the pictures. It’s a great place to say for one person or a couple. The view from the room is beautiful. The shower and especially the hot tub were wonderful. It’s a good place to relax for a few days and easy to get to Tamsui Old street from the room.

The property is accessible to Taipe Main station, Ximending walk street and other great local restaurants. The property looked better than expected is very spacious for the six of us. The family had a great stay, thank you once again.

我们一家6个人住的很舒服。房子很干净。应有尽有。房子就在商场的上面。 大概唯一的缺点就是每次进出需要乘搭2各不一样楼层的电梯，住2天的我们一直进出会觉得挺麻烦的。还有热水器不是很好，冲洗一半水会一直变冷，断续几次了。 其它都没问题。整体还是满意的。

Cindy’s place was wonderful. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything I needed for my stay. It looked exactly like the photos as well, which was much appreciated. It had plenty of closet space and a nice bathroom and living area. Plenty to do and eat in the surrounding area as well. Cindy was a fantastic host. She greeted me upon checkin and made me feel right at home. She was super responsive and helpful when I needed some assistance with the washer / dryer, which was new. She also helped me with some local recommendations. Would love to stay again!

Diese Unterkunft habe ich bereits im vorigen Jahr gebucht und wieder gewählt. Sie war mir also nicht neu und sie liegt mit einem sehr schönen Blick auf den Tamsui River sehr günstig zur MRT Station. Nur ca. 15 Minuten durch eine interessante Einkaufsstraße zu Fuss zu gehen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung, das Inventar usw. ist ausreichend und ist im Verhältnis zu allem anderen, was für den Mietpreis angeboten wird, angemessen. Ich habe mich auch bei diesem längerfristigen Aufenthalt wieder sehr wohl gefühlt.
