Great place to stay especially if you plan to break your journey enroute to Goa. Vaibhav is an excellent host and very responsive. House is beautiful and we had a comfortable overnight stay. Location wise it’s slightly on the outskirts of the city and approach isn’t great with narrow roads leading to this place. Once you are inside the place, it a good property with privacy.

This was a last-minute booking and Abhay reached out to me saying there is some work going on at the property and offered to host us at another one of his listings - "Manikantha Farmhouse". The place was clean & comfortable. Abhay and the caretaker were easily available over phone and we had no issues checking in/out.

we stayed at the property for 2 days. Avinash was truly a superhost and responded promptly to all our queries and also gave recommendations for sightseeing. but the star of the show has to be aaji( Avinash's mother). she made us feel at home instantly very soft spoken and yet she would take timeout to ask if we needed anything. her food was delicious. temple is walkable distance and surroundings are pristine. I will definitely recommend it to anyone.

Best place to stay, extremely helpful and friendly hosts with their paw friend Simba. Room was decent and had a pristine bathroom. We had a pleasant stay. Such places are hard to find in this locality!!

Amey, no doubt is an amazing host. Arranged transportation for my parents who reached early and helped them check-in to his property. Suggested good places to visit and dine. He made sure we were comfortable during the stay then be it arranging food or going an extra mile to arrange some essentials even without asking. We had a wonderful stay! The place is centrally located and within walking distance of everything we needed. It was clean and well-maintained. A sunrise and sunset point is just a 2-minute walk away, making for a perfect start and end to the day. The caretaker was very responsive and helpful. We also enjoyed the tea and breakfast (available at a small extra cost), which was delicious. Highly recommend!

Mirje‘s deck is a greatplace for a family. Absolutely well kept. All toilets are clean. The only drawback is that for 3bhk tgete are only 2 Toilets. Cooking facility is there so if you want to cook then a clean kitchen with utensils is available .

It was an amazing experience to stay at Ayush’s place. He along with his co host made our stay peaceful and enjoyable. We felt right at home when we entered into the house.
