Not only will you have access to the hot tub and walk in the hay fields behind the house but we are directly across from the Connecticut River. Perfect spot for swimming or kayaking. Enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains/hay and corn fields from multiple rooms in the house. This space is above an all female wood working shop, happy to give tour!

NOW WITH A HOT TUB!! Fully- private master bedroom suite available in a quiet neighborhood near everything in Northampton! Your own porch with a cafe table and chairs leads to your private entrance to the suite. Roomy and bright bedroom has a huge bathroom with a shower, office/ kitchenette/ eating area, and closet with fully-supplied laundry. The king bed includes a locally-made, medium-firm mattress and abundant bedding. The TV is connected by Roku to all major streaming services.

With a kitchen & washer/dryer, the apartment is both peaceful and practical, great for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, ideal for academics needing space for contemplation or for a couple visiting family. There is also a fenced in back yard with a patio and outdoor dining area as well as a firepit. The house is also pet-friendly.
