Our week was perfect. Location was as we needed. Close to split where we hung out most of the time. Close to everything including groceries, bakery only 5 minutes away. Staff were superb and very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.

From the helpful and convenient airport transfer to the lovely and close location we couldn't have been happier. Just a quick walk from the Ferry and your are there. you'll love the Pool and Jacuzzi and it couldn't be closer to walkable and tasty restaurants. I'd highly recommend this place. this isn't a stand alone property it's 6 or 8 type condos/villas which wasn't clear but wasn't an issue either. The only issue we had was the map directions took us to a different location than the written location. I highly recommend just getting a Golf cart taxi ride for $5. it'll save you from dragging your luggage down a dirt road.

Great location and the host was very friendly and responded fast, connected us to people on the island so we had someone nearby to contact and to give us a ride from the boat to the room.

A home away from home. Bobbi kindly arranged for a golf cart taxi pick up from the water taxi who took us right to the building. Heidi met us at the main entrance and let us in and and walked us through the place. She provided wonderful recommendations for local activities and restaurants. Pool and lounge chairs were perfect to spend the afternoons after exploring the island. We often finished the evening with dinner on the rooftop under the stars. I'd highly recommend Bobbi's place. It was perfect for our family of 4 (2 teens).

I had a fantastic experience staying at Stuart’s property. The home was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to the Split! Stuart, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. Stuart was an outstanding host, always responsive and accommodating. He went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome, even providing helpful local recommendations that made my trip extra special. The peaceful ambiance of the home and its charming decor truly made it feel like a getaway. I highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting Stuart, whether for a short vacation or an extended stay. I would absolutely book again!

Expectations were exceeded. This location cannot be beat. we will definitely be booking again. The rooftop hot tub was gorgeous/relaxing and so was the balcony. Thank you for a wonderful vacation getaway.

The condo was better than pictured. It had everything u needed and should u need something, there is staff present and your request is answered. The condo is right where you as a visitor want to be, yet it’s just a few blocks away from the nightlife in case u want it quiet. If u don’t, then action a less than a few minutes away. Bobbi, the Manager, was amazing! Her or her staff had one main goal, your comfort! The condo had two large bedrooms and a full open kitchen living area that looked onto the patio and right to the beach and ocean! Fabulous! We looked over the entire island to try to compare all the qualities and cost of this place w any other possible place. We did not find it. Stay here! We shall return.

Couldn’t have asked for a better location in Caye Caulker. The proximity to the water taxi, restaurants, and activities was such a plus. We used and enjoyed all the amenities, loved the views and slept comfortably. Five stars, will definitely stay here again in the future.

We booked very spontaneously as we had to cancel another location, because of its bad conditions. Bobbi reacted extremly fast and flexibly, was very warm, friendly and helpful, gave us a great welcome. We loved our appartment, it was so well equipped and very charmingly decorated. We had the best time there and can only highly recommend it. Great to have the pool and the bikes included as well. And, additional treat, there was a mixer in the kitchen, so we could make our own daiquiris with fresh mangos/papayas etc - loved it!

Great little place. Pool was a great amenity since beaches in Caye Caulker aren’t very nice/not a lot of public beach space. Well equipped, be careful with the bathroom faucet as it splashes if you open too much. AC works really well, but house is well ventilated if you open all windows and turn the fans on, so not always needed. Nice to have drinking water available and the option to book ferry pickup (takes the work out of finding the place). If you want a golf cart rental, I recommend J&SONS XTREME car rentals, they had the best rates out of 3 or 4 we looked at and they offer discount for multiple days and the transaction was smooth. Check out the guy by the airport that cooks in his back yard, setting is nice and unique and food is very good. Try the homemade ice cream shops with homemade waffle cones-delicious. Stingray beach is a must between 4:30-5:30 PM, they feed pelicans and rays and kids loved touching the stingrays. Whole day snorkeling tour with Hicoco Tours was very nice!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is located in a quieter part of the island, which was perfect for a peaceful night’s sleep. During our stay, we were able to use bicycles (free of charge), making it easy to get around the island. The host was very pleasant and responded quickly to any questions we had. The apartment was extremely clean and was cleaned again halfway through our stay. Additionally, it was well-equipped with plenty of towels and kitchen utensils. I would 100% recommend this place!

It was lovely and helpful that the host arranged for direct water taxi with our luggage to the house. The quiet refuge on the north island was a great contrast to the hustle of the south part of the Caye. While there getting around on foot and by water taxi worked well, unless you want to see the estuary on the very north side of the Caye, in which case a bike is a good idea. There were several walkable restaurant options and a small convenience store near the split. We didn’t use the kayak and paddle boards, but the pool was great for heat relief and AC in the bedrooms was nice too. Walter, the caretaker, was super helpful and brought us fresh coconuts / coconut water. Really enjoyed Mario’s snorkel tour.

Lovely apartment with access to a nicely shaded pool. In a quiet part of town but everything is within easy access walking or by bikes provided for use. Excellent Airbnb!

We had a fantastic stay! We were the only ones renting at the time, making it quite lovely to have the place ourselves. Emily is a fantastic cook, so I recommend planning at least a few meals through the host. If you do your own food, plan your meals (the host can take you shopping before leaving) because it costs for the boat ride to get more supplies. Belle and Bruno were the best four-legged hosts, so if you love large dogs, you will enjoy them as we did. They swim out to play with the dolphins pretty much daily! Eugene has a wealth of knowledge about what to do and see; he is your best resource. The young lad Omar helped with everything, including showing me how to fish.

Hildas listing was just as described. it was more spacious than I expected! loved the huge balcony all to myself. the 2 fans for the bedroom were all that was needed withall the breeze going thru the house. no ac was actually nice. fridge and microwave were great. simple bikes were a plus, and saved $50 us a week if rented else where. no baskets if that matters to you. would def stay here again! room 5 was the best with the private balcony and 2nd floor breeze! hammock was relaxing:) location right behind the playground n by the split and stores

Michael war ein sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung hat eine schöne, gemütliche Atmosphäre und es gab auch eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Auch die Zeit am Pool haben wir definitiv genossen. Außerdem hat uns Michael Fahrräder zur Verfügung gestellt, mit denen wir die Insel wunderbar erkunden konnten. Alles in allem haben wir uns rundum wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit in dieses Air Bnb auf Caye Caulker zu Michael wiederkommen.

Wonderful condo with a beautiful ocean view. Resort area has a large pool and great amenities (bikes, kayaks etc). Christine and the staff makes everything easy - from golf carts to taxi reservations to local restaurant recommendations. Condo is well equipped and the neighborhood is safe and has several fun bars/restaurants in walking distance.

Such a beautiful space inside and outside. We absolutely loved it here. We walked around the entire island and felt that we had made the best choice. The staff are all so friendly. Will definitely come back!

I had a pleasant stay at this Airbnb. The apartment had a lot of character, with artistic touches that made it feel cozy and unique. The bed was comfortable, and the space was generally well-equipped for my needs. The staff were very friendly and provided helpful local recommendations. The rooftop was a cool place to hang out and watch the sunrise. However, I did encounter a couple of minor issues. The door was a bit tricky to lock, which took some getting used to. Additionally, while the space was mostly clean, it could have benefited from a more thorough cleaning before our arrival. Despite these small concerns, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the condos’ chill vibe and sense of community.

We started our trip in Belize at Howler House and it was the best decision. The house was so unique and right on the banks of the river. We spent every night on the deck in the hammock and chairs taking in the surrounding nature. My kids loved the new pool - and spent a few hours there playing. The biggest highlight was the wildlife. There is a small crocodile in the tiny lagoon near the cabins. We ironically named him ‘Big Al’. We also saw a family of howler monkeys right outside our place - swinging from the trees right off our deck. We stayed in the older blue cabin (there are now newer options). And while it wasn’t the fanciest - it met all our needs and felt so different. A huge thanks to Shanna for being a great host. For those who love adventure I cannot recommend Howler House enough!

We stayed here on our way to Caye Caulker, so it was a short stay - really just one full day. We were able to easily experience sights on the mainland - this Airbnb also offers tours that we took advantage of. We were able to customize our tour and did it at the last minute, which was awesome - we visited the howler monkey sanctuary and got to feed a howler monkey and 2 baby monkeys, we horseback rode, and we visited Altun Ha. We had a tour guide for the sanctuary and the ruins and both guides were amazing. Raymond facilitated our day as well as our entire stay and he made sure that we were able to do what we wanted and was extremely accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable. (and patient!) We would definitely recommend this Airbnb to people; the only issue we had was that it is isolated and requires a short taxi ride to really wherever you want to go. Again, the hosts definitely help you with that, but it is something to be aware of. We had a great time!

Casa Redonda was awesome! The golf cart ride into town is around 30 minutes, but the south part of the island was beautiful. The house had games, a pool, and a dock we walked out to every morning. It was perfect for our family trip! Barbara was so helpful during the entire planning process and answered all of my questions very promptly. Brian and Cynthia were the on-site caretakers and we're so helpful and nice. Brian even cut coconuts for us daily so we could have some coconut water. the house was everything you needed and it was great having the housekeeping service there each day. Thank you for a very enjoyable and memorable stay at Casa Redonda, looking forward to our return!
