This house was perfect for our needs! Large space with many sleeping accommodations, multiple bathrooms, kitchens, grills, and living rooms which was convenient for our large group. The house is tucked back behind a long driveway which provided us with plenty of privacy. The hosts were responsive, kind, and helpful! Winnipesaukee was ~10 minutes away from the house and the hosts left a list of places to eat/things to do which were all easy to get to. Would absolutely stay here again if going back to the Gilford/Laconia area!

We had a fantastic stay! The home was beautiful, pristine and so well equipped. The pretty flowers and snacks added to the super sweet welcome. We enjoyed the location: the neighborhood was peaceful and the home was close to great hiking and skiing. The very gracious hosts made our stay special.

We had a great 2 night stay at this wonderful townhouse. We would definitely stay again in the future. The location is convenient to everything the region has to offer. We stayed at Ryan's place with our young family during school winter vacation. The space was beautiful and clean and the view of the lake across the street was stunning. We got snowed in for about 24 hours of our stay due to a big winter storm and appreciated having space for our kids to play indoors (the bunk beds were a hit). When the weather cleared we were an easy drive of some fun winter attractions like tubing and ice castles.

Absolutely wonderful cozy train station home. Susan not only went above and beyond to make us comfortable but to have a wonderful Valentine's celebration weekend. We even had a snow storm and she was wonderfully responsive and caring. I would so highly recommend this comfortable clean home! Thank you again for suggestions/recommendations and a home well catered for.

Very comfortable and memorable stay in a BEAUTIFUL location! Even in the winter, the lakefront property was gorgeous. Place was very neatly maintained and well-stocked. The hot tub was an awesome way to end the day. Very peaceful surroundings. Manny was a very proactive, helpful, and accommodating host. We look forward to returning in the summer!

This is an incredibly comfortable and remarkably well equipped lakefront house. Plenty of kitchen supplies and tools to keep the cooks happy, and all of the water gear anyone could ask for. We especially appreciated the large porch overlooking the lake. Close to the busy road (as was described in the listing), but blocked off and made visually private by fencing. Owners incredible, responding almost instantly, warmly, and generously.

My family and I had a great stay here! It was the perfect distance to restaurants, ice cream, apple picking and more. The house has plenty of space to comfortably gather. Even when it was raining we were able to enjoy lake views. We’d definitely recommend for a large group!

We had a great time! Tim's place was great. It was cute, with everything we needed, and had an amazing view. We were also pretty close from a few hikes. Tim was very good at communicating and we had no issues whatsoever. Would recommend!

We were happy to get this location as it was centrally located to all the places we wanted to visit in the region. Jessica and her team were great in their responsiveness for any questions we had. They went above and beyond to make sure out stay was comfortable and safe. When the drive way was iced over they sent a truck to plow, sand, and salt it to ensure that my older parents did not have to worry about slipping. The house was just as described with the amenities being accessible and clean. We would definitely stay again.

Swallow Hill Manor was beautiful and Dylan was a wonderful host! The house itself is stunning and the surroundings were absolutely idyllic. The property was spacious and appeared just like the listing. I would highly recommend staying here!

We were two couples and enjoyed our stay at the lodge. It is well organized and located in a beautiful setup on the lake. A relatively short 30 minutes drive allowed us easy access to the white Mountains attractions. Vanessa was proactive on closing the open space above the bedroom doors just before we came - so this issue as reported in some other reviews has gone away… in short - highly recommended!

We had an awesome adults weekend at Bobs place. He was an amazing host. We came up to go to the ice castle with a group of 8 of us. We were not sure if we would be cramped inside as the weather was cold and snowy. We were not at all the large spacious living room gave us all a place to hang out. The hot tub and outside bar area was also an awesome spot to hangout. There was a snow storm the morning of our check out Bob called me the night before and told us not to rush for our check out and to stay as long as we need with the bad weather. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a large place that still feels like home. We will definitely be doing a return trip at some point soon. Thanks Bob

We had a great time! There was plenty of room for the 10 of us and we enjoyed everything from the hot tub to the pool table. The location was perfect being close to Lake Winnipesaukee and Gunstock Mountain. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive to all of our questions and would definitely recommend staying here!

My family and I ran into a problem and had to book this place last minute. From the beginning, Jesse and Jess was an amazing hosts. They answered my questions quickly and was able to book their place very fast. The stay was better than expected and the location is great! They went above and beyond. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need (and more). 100% would recommend this place!
