Always a 5 + star experience with this host. The properties are always immaculately maintained and extremely clean. You always feel like you are staying in your own home, so comfortable and cozy. The host communicates very well and is extremely accommodating. Always my first choice when staying in the area for work.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Julio’s place during the Thanksgiving Holiday. It was our first time visiting Texas and it made a great home away from home getaway. The location was close to our family we were visiting. It was a cute, clean and cozy town house. It was stocked with everything you may need to cook, clean, and also the necessities a guest may have forgotten while packing. The decor was beautiful as well! We will definitely be staying here again when we visit next year! The host left clear instructions and everything went well!

Five stars because the place was clean, which is the most important detail for us. A second nightstand in the bedroom and more seating in the living room would have been nice (The pictures in the listing are accurate; it’s just not something I thought much about ahead of time). If you plan to do laundry, bring a basket because the W&D are downstairs and the bedrooms and full bath are upstairs. We didn’t think to bring one because usually there’s one provided. We could have used a few more towels for our family of four (I think there were five and one kitchen towel), mainly because I’d rather wash full loads of laundry less often. Overall, the place was good. Great communication from the host.

The unit was clean and neat and exactly as described. The neighborhood was quiet and no traffic. We enjoyed our stay and because of the convenient location to Fort Cavazos we will definitely be booking with Derrick again!

Jennifer’s place was so cute and worth revisiting. From the quiet neighborhood,easy access,clean apartment, and the amazing mattress, I give it a 10/10. The only thing I would have loved to see was a full body mirror but other than that our stay was great!

Had a relaxing stay at Tara's. Place was very clean, well sanitized, & well kept. Quiet & peaceful neighborhood. She communicated and replies fast to messages. Will keep coming back to Tara's. Whenever i'm in town.

We have booked here before and probably will again. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful the house is big and beautiful and Richard as always is a phenomenal host. There was a new coffee machine this time and it made the BEST coffee I ever had.

Lovely semi-rural home. Quiet enough to sit on the porch and enjoy the rural vibe. Home was functional, clean, and comfortable. Vickie was a great host. Highly recommend for a more private destination, especially in spring when all the wildflowers are blooming!

The house was pretty comfortable felt right at home. The beds were extremely nice and comfy. We enjoyed our stay would definitely recommend.
