Close to swimming pool, exercise facility, golfing. 20 minutes from downtown Bentonville, Crystal Bridges and bike trails in Bella Vista and Bentonville area.

Back 40 access is at the end of our street! Our cozy home gives you the choice to be in action: biking, hiking + exploring the local coffee culture/restaurants or to relax: listen to nature or read a book on the couch/outside. Full kitchen for cooking. Bike storage is in the backyard shed (we provide the key). Smart TV has Netflix only but you can log into your other accounts. No basic cable. *absolutely NO pets; we are allergic. NO smoking/parties on property please. This is our zen house.

We have plenty of options to create lifetime memories at our Small Escape!
