Adriatic Apartment is located in a peaceful residential area of Dubrovnik called Gorica Sv Vlaha, about a 20-minute walk from the Old Town. Beach is within 7min walking distance, and free parking area is just in front of the apartment. It is a 32,70m2 fully equiped apartment with 25m2 furnished terrace overlooking the Adriatic sea. The air-conditioned apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom fitted with a walk-in shower, and room for 3 adults including SAT TV & wifi.
