The spacious and airy open-plan guest suite is ideal for couples and young families. Centrally located in leafy Newlands, within walking distance of the famous sports stadiums, UCT and SACS. The house has been recently renovated and is a family home, and the property of Mount Pleasant is an interesting slice of Cape Town’s history, dating back to the 18th Century. The guest suite is ideal for a couple or family and consists of: - one large open plan bedroom-lounge (sleeps 3 - 4) - a full kitchen - bathroom with bath, shower, double vanity - a private lap pool - private garden looking up to Table Mountain and Devil’s Peak. In summer, lazing beside the sunny pool, dining outside and having a traditional South African “braai” (barbecue) are a must and in winter the roaring fire, full kitchen and TV provide a warm retreat. The bedroom-lounge is open plan with separate kitchen and bathroom. King size bed, a single sofa bed and a further single bed set up in the suite for 4th guest if required. Cable TV and WiFi are included. On offer are bottles of wine and drinks, laundry and cleaning services. Other extras which may be available are: use of the baronial dining room for meetings (seating for up to 18 people) or special occasions (daytime only). Please note: the pool is NOT fenced and is immediately adjacent to the suite, so please take extra care (therefore the space is not recommended for children who cannot swim). Private garden and pool. Off-street parking for 1 car. Use of the large dining room on request. Guests can enjoy total privacy, but the family and domestic staff are usually at home to welcome you and happy to answer questions and assistance via phone or text.Our friendly dogs: Boris, Frankie, Josh and Pixel will always give you an enthusiastic welcome (but your garden and wing is private so the dogs won’t bother you). Newlands is one of the original leafy suburbs of Cape Town bordering the University and State President’s residence. Lovely and sheltered from summer winds and cafes, restaurants and shops are a stroll away. Newlands is perfectly central for most of Cape Town’s most popular excursions. Table Mountain and cableway, the V&A Waterfront, beaches, wine farms, and the city centre are all within 10-25 minutes' drive and Ubers etc are readily available. The suburb of Newlands itself has many attractions, but to enjoy the full offering of Cape Town we recommend hiring a car or taking a taxi (Uber or call-taxi). Private guides or drivers will also collect directly from the premises. Airport transfers/shuttles/taxis are available at the airport or by booking through a transfer company. POOL Important: the pool is not protected with a net or fence and is immediately adjacent to the suite so please be careful and we do NOT recommend the suite for infants/children who cannot swim. PETS We can accommodate pets on request, but be aware there are resident dogs. EXTRAS Extras, such as wine, can be paid in cash or through the SnapScan App. MEETINGS & FUNCTIONS The baronial dining room can be booked for special meetings and daytime functions (rates/availability on request). It is a handsome room and seats 14-18 people. SHOOTS & LOCATION The Mount Pleasant manor house and grounds may be available for professional photography/film shoots. This would need to be by special arrangement directly with owners or their agents. Rates vary according to specifics of the shoot. (Please note: use of the guest space for commercial shoots would be an extra cost and is not included in the accommodation rate).

The apartment is set high up on Little Lionshead with panoramic views of the Hout Bay Valley and the Helderberg mountains beyond. Folding doors lead onto an expansive pool deck with sun loungers and a gas barbecue all for the exclusive use of the apartment guests. There is a full kitchenette with oven, hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, an en suite bathroom, lounge area with a large flat panel TV and an open-plan dining area. The apartment is serviced daily except for Sundays and public holidays. We have solar and battery power so are not affected by power outages. Mountain Walks, Village atmosphere with a city 10 minutes away. Beach 2km away. The suite is located on the lower level of the property and is totally private. There is parking on the property. Pool, garden, Mountain We are available to transport you around the Cape, take you on wine tours at an additional fee. Mount Rhodes is a security estate nestled in the foot of Little Lions Head. Our cozy and trendy self-catering loft guest suite is conveniently nestled in the heart of Boston, a mere stone’s throw from Tygervalley shopping mall and a host of upmarket restaurants and entertainment. It is about 2 km from Louis Leipoldt Mediclinic, Melomed and close to Tygerberg Hospital. Guests will also have easy access to the N1 and it’s 25 minutes’ drive to Cape Town International Airport, Waterfront and beautiful wine farms – a perfect base for a business or leisure trip to this area.

Further up in the mountain of Kronenzicht in a quiet cul-de-saq you can unsettle while having a dip in your private and heated hot tub, relax under the rain shower with stunning views on the back of table mountain and little lionshead or start your sunset walk on the beautiful sand dunes next to our property, even all the way down to Sandy Bay.

This is a unique "cabin in the woods" tree house style home nestled high up on a property making up part of the Table Mountain Reserve, overlooking the world heritage site "Orange Kloof" effectively the back of the Table Mountain reserve Despite its apparent remoteness, it lies just 7 min from Houtbay central district and 12 minutes from Constantia shopping centre. Home has immediate access to walking trails and Vlakenberg hiking trail. All bedrooms have stunning views onto mountain ranges.

Suzanne's Suite

Place to stay in Brackenfell. My place is within a 2km radius of Cape Gate Mediclinic, Cape Gate Shopping Mall, Makro. It is also within close to the N1 highway and plus minus 20km from Cape Town International Airport. It is also close to Simonsvlei and Durbanville and Stellenbosch Winelands. Cape Town beaches are within easy reach (34 - 40)km. There are plenty of eating places around as well as some who will deliver. My place very secure and we stay in a quiet neighbourhood.
