Capel House Annexe is a modern, completely self contained annexe, with own kitchen, lounge, master bedroom and shower/wet room. It has a balcony with view over garden and woodland beyond - not overlooked by main property or others. Situated in Claxton, just 6 miles SE of Norwich, its a quiet village, about 3/4 mile from the River Yare with great walking right on the doorstep - quick and easy access straight onto the marshes and Wherrymans way. This beautiful detached house in the heart of the Broads National Park provides luxurious self-catering accommodation in an idyllic hamlet. The two-bathroom, two-bedroom configuration sleeps up to four people. Thatch Cottage offers all the modern essentials and has been immaculately modernised and renovated while still retaining its traditional rural charm.

The Annex is nestled in the woods conveniently located for the broads, Beccles, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Our closest beach, Gorleston is a 10 minute drive away. In a very peaceful setting, we hope you will be able to unwind and relax. The Annex can be arranged as 2 superking bedrooms, or 1 superking and 1 twin. With your own entrance you will be totally independent.

INGLOSS-SKIES is a luxury one bedroom barn for 2 adults set in the Norfolk Countryside with far reaching 360 degree rural views. Our accommodation is self-contained; a living space with two sets of French doors giving views over fields stretching for miles including a wood burner, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven and hob. A bedroom that sleeps two in a super king bed with French doors overlooking fields. A large bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

The Stables - Broadland, Norfolk

The Stables is a detached self-contained annexe close to the Norfolk Broads National Park. The contemporary space has recently undergone extensive restoration and comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. The old hayloft upstairs has a king size bed and en suite shower room and the downstairs space has a queen size sofa bed, large TV and wifi. A cot, single bed and high chair are available on request.
