A cute cottage with a POOL on a working horse farm in the Texas Hill Country. Beautiful quiet setting close to Boerne, Fredericksburg shopping, dining and Wine Country, and San Antonio. River kayaking is close by and Comfort is an Antique shopping Mecca. The horses are friendly and complete the beautiful view out your front door. We are not a riding facility but love to share our beautiful farm with visitors looking for a peaceful holiday, convenient to lots of activities. Limit two guests.

Welcome to the Sunday House! Our tiny home was built by hand using reclaimed materials with your rest & relaxation in mind. This rustic romantic getaway is equipped with many amenities including a queen-sized memory foam mattress, kitchenette, full size bathroom with a shower and a wood burning stove to keep you cozy. Also an especially good location for bicyclists & motorcyclists. One small house-trained dog that remains leashed while outdoors is welcome.
