Located in the High Weald area of Kent which is an AONB, The Cabin at Valley View Farm is set in its own space amongst 16 acres of wood and grazing. It used to be an old hop pickers mobile home but has been lovingly restored to a modern, well presented “mini” haven. A fully self-contained cabin with open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area, UK king size bed in bedroom and a shower room and toilet. Ideal for a couple or two singles as a Z-bed can be provided. Relax at this stylish barn conversion, ideal for 1 or 2 couples or family with 1 or 2 children. Double height entrance hall with ensuite bedrooms on the ground floor. One has twin beds with ensuite shower, one has a kingsize bed with ensuite bath & overhead shower. Wooden staircase leads up to a large communal living space with a beautifully lit and well equipped kitchen, dining table for 4 and wood burning stove, armchairs and sofas. Rye and beach (30 mins), National Trust nearby & great pubs!

The barn is in the grounds of our 15th century house but nicely private. It’s decorated in modern rustic style, with underfloor heating and a wood burner. Outside is a fire pit for toasting marshmallows and stargazing before climbing into the king-size bed, dressed with soft Egyptian cotton. There's a walk-in rain shower and robes, books, DVDs, games, WiFi and a Smart TV. Tear yourself away to explore forests, gardens, vineyards, castles, and National Trust houses.

Old Smock Mill is a romantic place for couples. The atmosphere inside is peaceful and relaxing. Everything is designed to unwind you from the moment you walk in. It is surrounded by the lovely Kent countryside where you can ramble and refresh yourselves by perhaps ending the day in one of the great pubs cosy by a log fire in Winter or in Summer in an English garden. Guests have said how hard it is to tear themselves away, it truly is a treasure to find.

St. David's House in the heart of Cranbrook

St. David's House was a coffee tavern in the 1880s. It's in the heart of beautiful Cranbrook, close to Union Mill, a working windmill which you can see from the bedroom. A minute's walk takes you to local pubs, restaurants, cafes, and independent shops. The Apartment is spacious, with an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge, bathroom with bath & shower, one double bedroom & a comfortable double sofa bed. Private secure parking. Well behaved pets welcome.

The Lodge

**Opted in to Airbnb's enhanced cleaning protocol** Cosy barn-style accommodation nestled in the heart of the Kent countryside. Located close to National Trust sites and country walks. The Lodge is the perfect country getaway and romantic retreat. Please note this is strictly a NO SMOKING property inside the Lodge, the garden and surrounding field. The property is also NOT SUITABLE for infants, children or pets. Two adults only.

The Granary, Organic Vineyard stay with Pool.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

Willow Cottage - Sleeps 4, Benenden Kent

We recently converted an outbuilding into a two bedroom house. The house is detached and purpose built. We aimed to create a space that was bright, airy and incorporated the gorgeous woodland and farmland around us. When you stay with us you can expect to be in a peaceful rural setting with stunning views which can be admired from either the patio or through the large bifold doors leading from the main living area.

The Yard Rye

The Yard is a two-bed interior-designed cottage in the citadel of the beautiful Cinque Port town of Rye. It is situated down a cobbled passageway next to a pretty tea room. PLEASE NOTE – The property can sleep up to two adults in the master bedroom and one child in the single, with a pull-out camp bed if needed for an extra child. We also have a travel cot for an infant. Please be aware we have a steep staircase.
