We go on vacation and always stay in a home with a view. This one though, has been our absolute favorite! The front porch was perfect for morning coffee, the dock was great for fishing!

The space was exactly as published. Super clean!!! We appreciated the extra touches such as snacks and fresh flowers. The space was very well appointed with tissues in each room, plenty of towels, any cooking pan, spice or utensil needed, mirrors in bedrooms, reading material, games, bottled water, a guide book…the list goes on. We enjoyed sitting on the deck outside the door for morning coffee and evening wine. It was a very quiet space and beds were comfy! We hope to return soon!

Came up to check out NWA and see crystal bridges and to celebrate my 30th birthday. We enjoyed our time in Bentonville and Bella Vista so much we are considering moving here! Sandy made us feel right at home and the accommodations were a perfect fit for a peaceful lakeside retreat with proximity to the city.

This place was so cute and cozy! Perfect spot for a weekend getaway. We had a great time here! Everything was so clean and it was just an overall beautiful place to stay.

What an amazing stay! We stayed at just the right time to enjoy the beautiful fall colors, sitting on the deck. We even had a couple of deer come close to the deck! The apartment is beautifully finished and extremely clean! Great amenities available. The views are beautiful. The host was super! They reached out to ensure we had everything we needed and very clear instructions on getting in and amenities available.

We loved our stay! There were 9 of us, including 2 kids. The size was perfect, and the area was gorgeous! We would love to come back in the summer!

Colton and his team were very accommodating. They were available for us every step of the way. The home is exquisite! The view, breathtaking, and all the amenities were so much fun. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it for anybody that wants a peaceful vacation.

Our group of seven had a great time in Bryce’s lovely home. It is very comfortable, has plenty of room, a well stocked kitchen and overlooks the most beautiful scene. It is conveniently located to take in the outdoor activities in Bella Vista and close enough to enjoy what Bentonville has to offer.

Had an amazing time. I had my 25th birthday dinner with my family and everyone had a blast. Lots of amenities for everyone. Overall, good experience. Highly recommend!

It was so easy to walk up, use code and get in. Very clean and spacious! The backyard was a paradise! We came in town for my son’s destination wedding and had such a great time! Location was perfect for chapel and venue for reception!

Wonderful location! Lake and tree views everywhere in this beautiful home. Spacious, stocked, and ample bedrooms and beds to accommodate our large group. Wish it wasn’t so rainy so we could be outdoors more, but cannot beat the views. Easy drive into town. Highly recommend!

We will absolutely be staying here again!! My kids and I had such a wonderful and peaceful stay. We went down to the lake and hiked every day. Although the location is completely private, it is conveniently located near many museums, parks, restaurants, etc. Chelsea was an excellent host and was always prompt and clear with communications.
