Stayed with the two of us plus three elderly family members. House was convenient and met our needs nicely. Wendy was quick to respond when we needed extra chairs and table leaf (in closets, we just needed to look). Quiet road was great for early morning walk. Roku TV with decent WiFi. Woke up to the doves calling each morning.

Ralph went out of his way to return a few items that I left behind. I really appreciated that. He also let me check out a few hours late, which was very helpful. Great place and great host!

Hector is a very accommodating and flexible host. Responded quickly to text, or if I needed something restocked, it literally was on the porch within 15 mins. the area the house is located at is within a 5 min drive to coffee, restaurants, grocery stores, and more. My family and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Hector!

This was the perfect house for our son’s lacrosse tournament! Mark was so hospitable, and allowed an early check-in and late to check out due to us having unknown game times. Very generous! The only thing that I would suggest, to make things a little bit more accommodating, or to add some kitchen utensils that seem to be missing. IE: cutting board, large pan, large bowl. Other than that, everything was perfect!

We enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for the weekend. I appreciated all the small touches. The location was ideal. We would definitely come back. We have lots of family in Tri-Cities we were able to meet up without long distance driving. Thanks for the hospitality.

I visit the Tri-Cities frequently to visit family, and always look for Shelli's place to stay. The House is just amazing, the decor and layout are over the top. It one of those houses you don't want to leave. The view of golf course and hills are wonderful, especially the morning sunrise. Shelli is a friendly, caring host, who makes you feel right at home. My first time in Washington st. The place was nice, the front door needed weather stripping, because there was gaps that let air in all around. otherwise it was a great place to stay.

Really enjoyed my stay, very cozy apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Nice place to relax if your coming to the area. Neighborhood was very quiet during my stay. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
