We love Bentonville! Such a great home to stay for a few days. Host is wonderful and really attentive to guests. The place is clean with all the amenities for comfort. Helpful instructions the entire time. And even for checkout. Would definitely consider again!

Home was in good condition, clean and had all the things to make breakfast and dinners. Only issue’s one sink in bathroom need attention, garbage disposal need to be cleaned didn't drain well. Keurig was missing the filter in the water chamber, and kitchen counters need a facelift. Other than those little things it was very accommodating and pleasant And relaxing! Thanks much.

We were running a race in downtown Springdale and we were able to walk to the start of the race! The location was perfect!

We loved staying at this home in Bella Vista! Beth and John were excellent hosts. We were spending time with family for Christmas, and they added extra touches to make us feel at home: a Christmas tree in the living room, roasting pan for Christmas dinner and extra chairs for the table. We saw extras for dogs, children and mountain bikers — and passed access points to the Back 40 on the actual street the house is on. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a well-appointed vacation home in NWA!

Great stay! We walked to downtown, but there’s also a great brewery right across the street. We did a lot of eating in and the kitchen was well stocked. Communication was timely, and the place was spotless. If I’m ever I’m The area I’ll be back.

Noel’s home was perfect for a weekend in Bentonville. The home was spacious and cozy, exceeding our expectations. We were able to take lots of advantage of the walking distance to the square, and check in and out were easy peasy!

Edwin was a great host and this was a great place to stay. Plenty of room for the kids to sprawl out after a long day in the ball field.

Clean place with quality linens and towels and lots of them, even hand towels. Nice backyard for children and pets. Comfortable beds. attached garage which makes packing and unpacking michigan easier. Plan to stay again.

Our family of 4 stayed at the Eugene the first week of May, coming in for a family week of outdoors time from OKC. We have VERY active boys (3 and 6) and loved that the house was equipped with a hot tub, pool, air hockey table, books, toys, and basketball hoop. Countless hours rotating between the amenities. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy; we wanted for nothing. The house was very clean and well-fitted for our stay.. We brought our bikes, and the garage was the perfect set up for parking and navigating anywhere in town and to trails. House could not be located in a better area, as it was easy to get to our destinations. We were sad to leave, and excited to come back . Will definitely look at staying at the Eugene again! Worth the stay!

Great place, exactly what we were looking for. Everything you need to feel like at home but closer to nature. We spent a few days biking and walking around area and was relaxing. Highly recommend the place.

Great place to stay, clean with all the amenities you need. Fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer was nice, bib walkin shower. Quality bedding and linens, check in was easy and good directions to the place. Nice view of the surrounding mountains with the outdoor fire pit, I enjoyed my stay and recommend Todd's place.

The stay was perfect! Justin’s place was gorgeous and accommodating in a quiet neighborhood with a lovely view from the back deck. We will definitely be staying here again. Thanks so much for everything!

Great cozy house, perfect for our trip! Close to lots of great things but able to spend lots of time at the house as well.

My best friend and I stayed here for our frien-iversary. When we saw the photos and looked at everything Chris was offering, I realized I didn't care if it was over my budget. Of course, i started to doubt myself and wonder if the pictures just looked better and felt anxious. All of that was immediately swept away after stepping foot inside. It feels like home but in a more upgraded, fancy way. Lots of little thoughtful touches and extras were there. We specifically wanted to use the hot tub, unfortunately it was raining the whole weekend so we ended up using the bathtub upstairs in our swimsuits and still got the same type of relaxing experience of both of us comfortably fitting inside and talking right before bed. In the downstairs bathroom, the vanity area was so fun to get ready in front of together. The dressing room had perfect lighting for pictures. Any time we needed something, and couldn't find it, the host would quickly being it by. Just really blown away. Amazing remodel.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect. You are right on the water. The deck was amazing to eat dinner on and relax while reading a book. I was also very impressed by the well-stocked kitchen. We had every kind of pot and pan we could ever need. The kitchen, huge window display, and idyllic deck were the highlights. The location was also conveniently located near a marina where you can rent a boat.

I would happily recommend this place to family and friends. It was comfortable, clean and well equipped. Having the garage was great for our bikes when not riding.

Very unique stay and our girls loved it. Only complaint we had was the strong Sulphur water smell and we understand it could be difficult to manage this.

Last minute Spring Break get away- with our 3 elementary aged boys & dogs. Anything we would've thought to bring or need once we got there, Jon provided. The beds were SO comfortable, I thoroughly appreciated the fenced in backyard for our dogs (even had dog beds & toys). Our kids got to be wild little boys in the tree line and hammocks while we enjoyed the fire pit. Everyone felt at home. We got food door dashed easily and the screened in porch was truly UNMATCHED. I woke up early for quiet bible time & sunrise while the family slept in, and it was perfect. Exactly what we needed at a more than affordable price. So thankful.

Was a beautiful comfy home for our stay

Our stay was excellent! The neighborhood is very peaceful and everyone around was very friendly. The house was very nice and easy to get to.

Great location for easy access to Slaughter-Pen and Coler trails. Stayed here as a family of four and it was great for us each to have our own space. Kitchen was well stocked (and we donated a corkscrew!). The washer/dryer and garage space for bike storage were nice too.

We loved this place so much! It's beautifully furnished and you clearly thought of every little detail. We especially were grateful for the well appointed kitchen- we were able to cook a whole Thanksgiving meal!! The fire pit was fun with the grandkids and the view from the deck is wonderful. Thank you!!

This was one of the best air bnb’s I’ve ever stayed in! Extremely clean, comfortable beds- plenty of thoughtful touches. Will definitely stay here again!
