My home is a comfortable, informal and stylish space. The interior of the home has bagged brickwork contrasted with smooth white screeded floors giving it a chic coastal touch. The house is in the quiet suburb of Myburgh Park and is very close to the Yacht Club and North Gate of the Nature Reserve as well as Shark Bay ⛱️ beach. It is a 5 minute drive to the local shops, beach and restaurant area and about 8kms to the Laguna Mall (Woolworths etc) and Mykonos Casino and restaurant area.

The Beach House

Gorgeous beach house with all the comforts of home, situated in a tranquil private beach estate. The home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (main ensuite), fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Laundry room with washer/drier combo plus iron. The lounge is fitted with a flat screen smart TV with fibre & DSTV. An indoor braai room / fireplace which opens out onto the back yard, where there is a boma and bench. The rear gate leads to the pristine Mile 16 white sandy beach, approximately 25m away.

Retreat Guest Farm is situated on Piket-Bo-Berg, approximately 150km outside Cape Town, Western Cape. Retreat farmhouse is tucked away on a small almond farm which is part of a large fruit farming business. The guest house is ideal for those seeking relaxation and privacy. We are newly solar-powered therefore we are LOADSHEDDING FRIENDLY There are numerous activities including fynbos walks, trail running, hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, swimming, bouldering and adventure biking.

Comfortable single storey home in Langebaan, just 350m from the Lagoon and yacht club. The house has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6)and a outside room with bathroom (the flatlet is separate from the house) and can accommodate 4 guests. Maximum 10 guests.
