The SPC has a very earth toned feel with live plants and wood finishes. We captured the beauty of our town with photography throughout. 🚭 Zero tolerance policy for smoking/vaping on the property, even outside. We appreciate your respect by not booking/requesting/inquiring our place if you or any other guests are smokers. Due to allergies, we don't permit pets of any size or kind. This listing is for the main house only, the detached guest house is a separate rental. 3/26- There is some land clearing going behind the property. Although visible from the back yard, no guests have said it affected their stay.
