Another wonderful stay at this perfectly located, cosy and incredibly family friendly seaside retreat. This time the weather was better so the children could enjoy the garden as well. We will certainly be back.

I stayed at this property with my family and easily one of the best Airbnb I have stayed in terms of comfort, location, surroundings, hospitality, communication from host. The hosts are gem of people who are very thoughtful in providing amenities and services to their guests. They had complementary welcome kit and had two pages with instructions to use listed amenities of the house as well as local grocery and food recommendation. I always had very proactive and positive conversations with Laura and Mike. I would recommend this airbnb to family (esp with kids) and friends. It is so relaxing that you can just relax and bbq in the backyard.

This house is lovely and was perfect for a short stay for us 4 adults. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped and homely. An easy walk into the centre of town made for a very pleasant evening stroll along the canal.

We had a great stay at Sarah's house in Fordingbridge. There were 2 couples, one child and two dogs. The house is really spacious so you don't feel on top of each other. Sarah has thought of everything you might need with lovely little extras such as milk, coffee pods, bottle of fizz, dog biscuits and bowls. The games room is fun too with pool, ping pong and darts. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely book again.

We had a perfect and Peaceful getaway was perfect for friends as there was plenty of homely spots and a lovely kitchen. the hosts were so helpful and very responsive. the property was clean and well equipped. Nous étions 6 amis et avons séjourné 3 nuits dans cet appartement. Tout s'est très bien passé. Étant donné le nombre d'activités et de restaurants à Londres nous n'étions pas souvent à l'appartement, mais tout était comme sur l'annonce. Les lits étaient corrects, de même pour la salle de bain. Le véritable point fort de cet appartement réside dans sa localisation. Très bien situé à une dizaine de minutes à pied de Brick Lane/Shoreditch et vous êtes en une vingtaine de minutes au centre de Londres. Un arrêt de bus et une station de location de vélo sont également juste à côté pour se rendre à Londres encore plus facilement. Le deuxième point fort est la porte d'entrée avec code, qui permet de ne pas avoir à se soucier des clés. C'est particulièrement avantageux si vous partez à plusieurs. Enfin Mark a été très réactif et a facilité notre séjour. Je reviendrais bien volontiers.

We had a lovely stay and felt right at home. Nice and quiet whilst still being only a short walk from Dalston junction station and cafes and restaurants. Also was able to pay in advance to park nearby and felt safe to leave the car. Would definitely stay again

We had a couple of our guys working in the area who stayed at the property. they reported back that they had a very comfortable stay the property was in a good location and was clean and tidy Paul the host was very responsive. if working in the area again would definitely rebook

The flat was lovely! It’s in a great location, really close by to restaurants and the town centre. It was also spacious, clean and comfortable which we really appreciated. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. The host was also very responsive and accommodating to an earlier check-in time. Would definitely stay here again!

Eravamo due famiglie con due bambini ciascuno. Gli spazi a disposizione sono sufficienti per stare comodi (c'è da allestire il letto in soggiorno oggi notte). Nell'appartamento ci sono tutti i comfort necessari. I due bagni facilitano la convivenza di 8 persone. Il terrazzo offre una bella vista sul Tamigi. La stazione di North Greenwich è vicina e ci si arriva comodamente a piedi. All'interno della O2 arena ci sono molti ristoranti di varie tipologie. A tutti noi è piaciuto molto.

Lovely flat that is bright, airy, very clean and close to the beach. Stayed with my family of 5 and there’s plenty of room. Mark is an excellent host. I would definitely recommend and would happily stay again.

Spacious three bedroom 2nd floor appartment. Lift located next to appartment front door. One parking space which can be seen from living room window. Lots of extras in appartment- eg shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toilet roll, hand soap etc which was a great addition. Further free parking around the corner on Derby Road. 10 min walk to Boscombe beach. Would thoroughly recommend and look forward to a return trip

Exactly as described and as shown on the photos! Super convenient and cosy and the hosts were really welcoming. I felt at home instantly. The location is perfect, everything is so close, there’s the train and bus stations, restaurants, shops and more. I a 100% recommend staying there 😊!

Absolutely amazing stay at Samantha's place! Communication was excellent from start to finish. The flat is truly beautiful - the photos don't do justice to how spacious and open the main rooms actually are. The location couldn't be better - just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to the New Forest. We were able to explore so many beautiful sights all within easy reach. The beds were very comfortable and all appliances were new and worked perfectly. We hope to return again soon!

Lovely apartment in a very good location in Southsea. The place was very well-kept, comms were very good, and having our own parking was really handy. Jane and the team were also really responsive, helping us to sort a couple of minor issues very quickly. Would definitely recommend

Lovely apartment, great location - few minutes walk to the beach and local shops. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Nicola is a great host and was kind enough to provide a high chair, cot bed and bouncer for our babies. The stairs up to the apartment were tricky for us to navigate with two small babies and 2 strollers, but besides that we had a wonderful time!
