First Cottage was a wonderful place to stay. Great location (very quiet), clean, everything you could need and very homely. Janice was a great host and all instructions were clear. Great holiday, good value for money and would definitely recommend. Melanie.

Its a beautiful house. Host was so very friendly and helpful. House is spotless , clean and well decorated. Everything was just perfect and we felt like a home.

The property is as described easy to find with parking in the drive. Corner Shop nearby. You can see the Holy Isle at the end of the road overlooking the golf course. It had everything we needed during our visit to see family. It is lovely and cosy. Our granddaughter loved all the little birds in the back garden. Highly recommend.

This house was in a great location for walking to shops, cafes, bars and restaurants in Morpeth. It was also close to beaches and beautiful countryside. The property was very clean and tidy with its own garden and private parking which was ideal for our stay.

Paul's place was very clean and smelt fresh when we arrived. It is in a very quiet residential area, but not too far from the centre of Amble. It was a good place to base ourselves to explore the wonderful Northumberland coast. Paul contacted us 24 hours before we arrived with check-in instructions.

We had a great stay at Paul’s, there were plenty of amenities which created a homely environment. Paul is very responsive and any help we needed he was always very quick to respond. The house is perfectly located, plenty nearby including supermarkets and traditional pubs. Would definitely return!

An outstanding location with the best views. Andy and Lyd were really nice and very helpful. The apartment felt homely, comfortable and warm. Ideal to return to after a long hike. Highly recommend. We plan to return.

Well located flat in central Keswick - on street parking but we had no trouble on Easter weekend finding spaces. Well stocked with everything - great to have milk/tea/ coffee bags :) Big shower but narrow to get past bath to get to it ( see photos so not unexpected). Looked recently renovated so pristine clean. No window in bathroom so faint damp smell sadly but lots of air fresheners. There was a little back garden which would have been lovely to use if a little warmer. All in all great stay for 5 nights.

Church Street was a lovely place to stay, good layout, comfy furniture, plenty of room and all very clean. Location was good for us, 10 mins walk into the centre of Keswick or the lake. A great base for exploring this beautiful part of the country.

In aller Kürze: zentral, historisch, super Gastgeberin- perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in Edinburgh und uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Pubs/leckere Restaurants, die Royal Mile direkt vor der Haustüre , alle bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen - geht kaum besser!

Our family of four had a lovely stay! The apartment was located directly in the heart of Edinburgh just a few steps away from restaurants and shops as well as a very short walk to Edinburgh castle. Even more so, it’s very close to the train station and the bus to the airport. Very convenient. Our two kids slept comfortably in the two twin beds and the primary bedroom was very nice. We loved the charm of the apartment and how it matched the city of Edinburgh. Highly recommend :)

We stayed here with our two young children for two nights, and we had a great time. A nice, peaceful site, which helped us to relax. The lodge had everything we needed and we would definitely return. Great location within easy reach of the castles and beaches.

Nick went above and beyond in supporting our trip. We were 10 adults 6 kids, for me the old worldly feel & nature showing through every window was unreal-Every room felt unique & special. Some family messages below to help summarize the home :) •Aged 11: The house was lovely one of the best experiences I’ve ever been to, it is a massive place and it was a really nice fun place in a little town •Aged 45: It was a wonderful stay and exactly as described. Beautiful peaceful surroundings, very close to village but feels like we were out in the country. House, Beautifully decorated, big but yet felt very cosy. Everything you could possibly need was provided for. Outside amenities included a hot tub which was the icing on the cake of a magnificent property •Aged 74: Such a wonderful ambience for a family gathering so peaceful •Aged 43: Nothing like having you're own personal hotel for a weekend :) Aged 12: I want to live there, it was gorgeous. Delightful , quaint, cosy cottage set in beautiful surroundings and countryside. It was so relaxing to sit back, watch and listen to the wildlife. The locals were very friendly and welcoming and offered their knowledge of the area for walks and the wildlife. The cottage is well equipped with everything you could need and within easy reach of the local amenities. There are many picturesque walks right on your doorstep which are simply divine and great for furry friends. Angus and Murphy had such a fabulous time as they love the water and running free. This house was exactly as advertised. Spacious and beautiful. Perfect for two families. Check in was easy and Jacki was very responsive.

We LOVED staying here! It’s a beautiful home (even bigger than it looks in the pictures) next to a great local pub and surrounded by gorgeous countryside. Adrian was super helpful, consistently going above and beyond to ensure we had a fab stay. 10/10!

we have just left Howford house after a lovely 3 night weekend stay to celebrate my husbands 40th. we were a family of 14 adults, 2 children and a newborn baby and we had the most peaceful comfortable stay. the house is fantastic, it has everything you need and the location although super private and peaceful, it was near restaurants, the coop supermarket, Traquair House and land which we got discounted because we were house guests, and lots of walks and hikes. the surrounding acres were stunning with the frost and autumn leaves. we all loved our stay, the kids (and the adults) didn't want to leave. special thanks to Elaine the housekeeper who was brilliant with her communication and help. we will recommend and be back in the future.

Stayed here for 2 nights with 5 other adults - one of the best decisions! As a start, check-in was smooth. Everyone has their bed, towels which is great. Had to figure out the heater (our country is Summer all year) and Lukas was very responsive. This location is almost a straight drive to the city centre. With free parking at the location, it gave us great relief to know we won’t get penalised. Love this place! I would recommend this to others.
