It is spacious with dining/kitchen & pantry, south facing sitting room, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. The gardens front & back, offer superb views of river & mountains and the Welsh Highland Railway.

The living room has an electric fire and the flat has gas central heating. There is a dedicated parking space for 1 car. The apartment is in an old Georgian building and has lovely high ceilings and tall windows. The lake is a 2 minute walk away and all the amenities Llanberis has to offer is right on your doorstep.

Included is an initial supply of kindling, paper and logs. The Cwellyn Arms pub is just a few steps away.
