Here's a chance to try out a great, fully furnished tiny home 1 hour from the beach. Heat & ac, grill, campfire pit, outdoor seating, inside a privacy fence in a quiet country setting. There is a farm across the road, when the wind blows from the southwest you might experience the smell of livestock but mostly it's fresh air and sunshine. Sorry but NOT suitable for children or elderly because of steep staircase. Small hot water heater, may have to wait between showers No Guests in Pool! NO KIDS!

The property has a great outdoor living space along with a beautiful yard for relaxing. In the spring and summer months when the roses are in bloom, you will feel as if you are in your own personal secret garden. You’ll be right at home with a stocked coffee bar, TVs in every bedroom plus a dedicated workspace for those working remote. We also have a golf cart available to ride the property for an additional fee of $25 per day billed separately.
