Centrally located, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, our Desert Aire home is an open and comfortable 1350 square foot house located conveniently to the golf course, boat launch, and tennis courts. Enjoy the sunset over the river, soak in the hot tub, and relax on the large patio! The golf course, driving range and putting green are just steps away. Practice your putting, hit a bucket of balls or play a round of golf on the 18-hole championship course. The boat launch is conveniently located minutes away.

Inn at Gard Public House near potholes, Gorge

Our uniquely modern farm country condo, Royal Slope Suite, sleeps 4 (comfortable queen bed + sofa bed) in Royal City located at Gard Public House. The suite has a living room with 55" TV, full kitchen, dining area and full bath. Located 30 min from the Gorge Amphitheater, Moses Lake, Othello - hunting, fishing, water sports, wine tasting, bird watching, hiking and more. Concert shuttle available for extra fee. Truly one of a kind tiny home! Located one mile from CWU campus. You are close to town yet surrounded by pasture. This tiny home has all the amenities you may need including roomy bathroom, full Kitchen, washer dryer, Internet, and TV. There is a 2nd story 10X10 deck looking East and below is a covered patio with a BBQ and Hot tub. Private with lots of outside space. Enjoy! *** I am building another silo 100ft away. A 1930’s home has been updated and feels open, clean, and welcoming. There is a cozy and private patio in the back to enjoy a cold beverage from one of our local breweries or a hot cup of coffee in the morning. This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Surrounded in the heart of Washington’s apple orchards. Summers are filled with arm loads of fresh fruit with a wide variety of local fruit farms, hiking, local farm to table restaurants, wineries, and brewery’s. In the colder months we are about a 45minute drive up White Pass for skiing and snowboarding. Exploring Mount Rainer isn’t just for summer adventures. It’s beautiful all year around.
