I had a very good stay here. The best part was the communication of the owner and how flexible he was for check in and check out. The rooms were very clean and the view was the best you can get (better view of the river and Istanbul city than most restaurants!) It was a bit scary to walk around at night though. Unfortunately some of the facility (especially one shower was clogged and how water was limited) were faulty but overall an amazing stay

السكن بشكل عام جداً جداً جميل وسأكرر زيارته وانصح في السكن هنا ، لايوجد سلبيات كثيره او كبيره ولكن 1- لا انصح من معه كبار سن او اطفال لكثرة الصعود في الدرج 2-السرير صغير نوعا ما ولكنه مقبول نسبياً المميزات: 1- الامان جداً عالي 2- الاطلالة جداً جميلة واجمل من الصور 3- المكان شرح وكبير لشخصين 4- سير على الاقدام ل تقسيم و غلاطة بورت 5- مواقف في الشارع قريبه وغالبا متوفره

Wonderful view! The apartment is very big and includes modern amenities and a luxurious standard. Contact with the host was very pleasant. Looking forward to staying again in the future

Apartement pour 5 personnes bien localisé dans Istanbul. Proche du tram qui va vers le centre historique et vers la place Taksim et tour Galata. Proche également à pied du quartier sympa de Balat. Hôte réactif aux questions et remarques. Bon équipement général mais les ustensiles de cuisine pourraient être plus nombreux ( couverts, assiettes, casseroles, poêles) . Les chambres ont des rideaux mais peu occultants .

Words won’t be enough to describe this place. Everything was walking metro tram bus can be accessed within 1-2 mins. We were one of the first guest in the building which is 6 floors & all rented by this professional team. All facilities like hotel stay. Restaurant cafes boat tours all below the house. We travelled with our 13yr daughter felt safe. Don’t miss the view from the terrace. Honestly don’t even think just book this won’t regret it.

I wasn’t expecting such a beautiful flat given the reasonable price and INCREDIBLE location! As others have noted, it’s just off of a major street so there can be some noise and light pollution from party boats, but not a bad problem to have. The kitchen is well equipped. Apart from the salon, the apartment is a bit dark and some light bulbs were out. There is an abundance of storage! We also had a high chair and a crib available (more of a pack and play—our baby wouldn’t sleep in it but the host made it available!). The location and the view from the salon are the highlights here. Less than 5 minutes to the tram, the kabataș ferry station and the funicular to Taksim, not to mention the gorgeous dolmabaçe mosque right out the window, the with palace just beyond that has a lovely seaside cafe. There is a very slight incline from the Main Street to the flat—enough to create some distance but easily walkable for our elderly relatives. Look forward to staying here again!

Alles super , die Lage ist sehr gut an einem lebendigen historischen Stadtteil . Die Wohnung ist ein klassischer Altbau mit hohen Decken und historischen Charm. Die Wohnung war gemütlich eingerichtet.

Die Lage und die Unterkunft sind mehr als klasse. Besonders geeignet, wenn man dem Trubel auch entwand entfliehen möchte bei einem Frühstück oder Abendessen auf der Dachterasse. Im Apartment gibt es viele besondere architektonische Details und man kann sich sehr sehr wohlfühlen.

Great place. Sweet was very easy to reach and connect. Location was the bess part : 9 mins walk to metro , Cevahir shopping mall , and grocery.

Denis was very helpful and attentive host. We stayed there for 4 nights and all 16 of us really enjoyed the house and location was perfect! Near to the tram and ferry station and super easy to locate. Btw the rooftop was the highlight of the house! Mostly love everything about the house 🤍🤍 thanks a lot Denis!

A magical escape in the heart of historic Istanbul! Our stay at this Balat apartment was absolutely incredible. The flat was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything from a modern kitchen and smart TVs to air conditioning and central heating. The real highlight, though, was the 100 sqm terrace — the views of the sea, Golden Horn, and city skyline were breathtaking. Whether dining under the stars or relaxing in the cozy winter dome with a PS5, the space was perfect year-round. The location is unbeatable — just steps from the sea, tram, ferry, and steeped in rich history and charm. We loved exploring nearby sacred springs, churches, and local cafes. Communication with the host was smooth and everything matched the listing perfectly. Thank you for an amazing stay. We’ll definitely be back!

I rented a house for two weeks. It is the center of Balat - around many delicious restaurants and small shops. Seyda and her family are very helpful. They helped me with everything. I had a problem with the nanny, and Sayda helped me solve it. They also make transfers to the airport. Communication with the host was as comfortable as possible: any shortcomings were corrected within a couple of hours. I am very satisfied.

Our family of six absolutely loved our stay at Sinan's spacious apartment in Istanbul! The generous layout provided ample room for everyone, and the fully-equipped accommodation offered everything needed for an ideal city getaway. The location is truly exceptional - just minutes from the metro station and a short stroll to the tram line that takes you directly to the city center. Convenience is key with several small supermarkets literally steps from the front door. Sinan proved to be an outstanding host. His responsiveness was impressive, even when we arrived late in the evening. His kindness extended to arranging airport transportation for our departure, which made our trip ending stress-free. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting this magnificent city!

Niche is an amazing host Very helpful from the beginning untill we check out The apartment is tastefully decorated and big enough for our group of 5 people 1 has slept on the sofa in the living room which was very comfortable The beds were high end quality and very comfortable to sleep Even though the apartment is located right next to Galata tower the neighborhood was very quite a hidden gem Surrounded by Many restaurants shops and walking distance to everywhere we wanted to discover Tram metro even ferries just few minutes away by walk We really enjoyed our stay at Niche’s place and definatelly book this place again

Furkan bey iyi niyetli bir arkadaştır. Her sorumuza sabır ile cevap verdi sanki yıllarca tanıdığım bir arkadaşım gibiydi. Eviniz bulunduğu yer güzel ve sakindi. Sakin olmasının yanında ulaşımı çok rahattı. Sadece biraz yokuş vardı ama İstanbul yedi tepe zaten çoğu yerde yokuş var. Teşekkürler Furkan arkadaş.

We spent total of six nights and enjoyed everyday and everything. The flat is clean, modern and comfortable. The owner and his team are very friendly and helpful. It’s a bit of away from the city center but it has good public transport connections. We highly recommend it!!
