This new villa is located near a sandy beach in a quiet location. The villa consists of three bedrooms, living room with kitchen, dining room, three bathrooms and guest toilet. A sun terrace with barbecue, sauna, fitness room, private parking and WiFi are available to our guests. All bedrooms have a bathroom and air conditioning. The pool is heated. Near our accommodation there are restaurants, bars, supermarkets and the most famous tourist resort with entertainment facilities.

The apartment has wi-fi, coverd or uncoverd parking, modern facilities with big balcony and private garden. The house is surrounded by a large arranged garden. All guests have free membership in fitness center Popaj and La Palestra. The apartment is located on the first floor. It is airy and sunny. The neighborhood is quiet and confortable.
