Country Living

Looking for some quiet and solitude our cabin is located in the country sitting on 20 acres of wooded land with walking trails, wildlife, and solitude. But we are still just a short drive to nearby communities for numerous activities to enjoy. We have kayaks and a canoe for rent enjoy an evening on a nearby lake watching the sunset and listening to the loons or enjoy some fishing from the kayak. In the winter enjoy our Outdoor Sauna, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, x-country skiing, or ice fishing.

Great in the summer and better in the winter. Plenty of space to gather as a family & enough space to get away from one another too. In the summer enjoy two wood fire pits, a gas firepit, a hot tub, an outdoor shower, great fishing, board & yard games. In the winter enjoy the cozy fireplace, ice fishing, snowmobile trails and proximity to Detroit Mountain ski hill. Great for a large family. 3 hours from Maple Grove and 65 min from Fargo. A pontoon is available for an extra fee.

Lake Cabin Retreat | Hot tub

Hello! We're a small town local MN family hoping to share our getaway with others to make memories in. Nestled in acres of woods by a peaceful lake, this cabin contains plenty of amenities to have special moments with your family. Whether it be enjoying a game of cornhole while grilling a steak, taking the kayak out for fishing, or staying indoors next to the fire place! PLEASE BE AWARE, there is a cabin directly next to this one on the north side, that we share a driveway with.

Relax and enjoy the beautiful view on Marion Lake. This cabin, nestled in the western shore, is the perfect getaway for anyone looking for peace and quiet, gorgeous sunrises, and fun on the lake. Guests enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, propane grill, fire pit, kayaks, a dock, and swim beach. If guests decide to go out, the Perham area offers a variety of attractions including shopping, hiking, golfing, and dining. Come unwind, life is good on the lake! (Available year round.)

The Haven

The Haven is a perfect getaway for the whole crew! Located in the lakes area in-between Vergas and Frazee (about 10 minutes from Perham) this newly renovated gem has an open space downstairs and upstairs. Spacious bathroom, big gather room, open bedroom concept, and laundry room. Winter time favorites in the area include snowmobiling, skiing & snowboarding, ice skating, ice fishing, cross country skiing, and bingo nights at Billy's Bar in local town of Vergas.

Enjoy a simple, yet stylish experience at this centrally-located cabin on Leif Lake. Come experience small cabin life with an updated flair. With 100 feet of lake shore, all you need is your swimsuit and fishing rod. Enjoy watching the sun rise while drinking coffee on the expansive lakeside deck. Unique year-round cabin! Perfect for a couples get-away or for a family of up to four. During the summer, enjoy a bonfire, kayaking, and outdoor games. During the winter, come back to a warm cabin and play board games by the fireplace after a full day of snowmobiling or other outdoor activities. Dry your winter gear in a separate warming house/game room featuring a pool table and dart board!
