Everything we needed for a quick getaway and visiting local attractions like Tenorio National Park. The apartment was quiet, clean and peaceful with beautiful landscape and surroundings. Carol was very responsive, helpful and made us feel at home. We would definitely return to stay here again. Highly recommended.

Awesome spot in Monteverde. There’s two bedrooms with three beds, and two bathrooms. The place is laid out well with a nice dining area, open kitchen with everything you need to cook, and plenty of space. The kitchenware is high quality and easy to use. Parking is off-street in the family garage. The family took care to make everything warm and welcoming upon arrival. Stacy’s family, Juan Carlos and Giselle met us and took care of everything. Juan Carlos mentioned he is a local guide and we took him up on a night tour. It was fantastic! We highly recommend this Airbnb and, if you’re looking for a local guide, consider going with Juan Carlos if he has availability!

The unit is beautiful and comfortable. and Pablo and Miguel are great! very friendly and accommodating. they were very flexible with us when all of the other hosts in the area were not, and they enabled us to enjoy the last day of our vacation in LA Fortuna, where we saw beautiful wildlife and the volcano. thank you guys! although our stay was short, we thoroughly enjoyed every minute and hope to come back for a longer stay. the house is safe, secure, comfortable, the view is great and very relaxing. the heated pool area is semi indoor/outdoors and very nice. 5/5 stars, highly recommended.

Place was exactly as described and felt even more spacious than in the pictures. Modern and spotless. Jacuzzi tub was a plus after a long day of hiking. Convenient if you have a car and want something a bit more remote but still 5-10 minutes from all the shops and restaurants.

The place was even better than we thought because the soda next-door was so good and we were even surprised by the little garden in the back and the animals plus a great view of the volcano. Most of the place feels bigger than we thought.

We loved staying at this place! It was comfortable, clean, & communication with Danilo was prompt & easy! The location is was in the middle of where you may want to experience in Monteverde/Saint Elena & are about 10-20 minutes in either direction of this location! I would definitely stay here again! Una gran opción para fin de semana! La casa es muy bonita y acogedora. Está muy bien distribuida, lo que hace que cada estancia sea muy cómoda. La casa la encontramos muy limpia y organizada y no le faltaba absolutamente nada. Paños, platos, cubiertos, papel higiénico, buen internet… Lo que dice la descripción de la casa, lo cumple a cabalidad. El acceso fue fácil y muy seguro. El balcón con banca y mesa frente a la casa tiene una vista hacia las torres eólicas, y es ideal para fotos y videos. Como llegamos en medio de un frente frío, nos dimos cuenta de que la casa aísla muy bien contra el frío y el viento que fueron bastantes fuertes las dos noches de estadía. Karina nos dejó la casa lista y se aseguró de que estuviéramos a gusto. Si hace falta comprar algún comestible, el centro de Tilarán está cerca y tiene de todo a mano. Las vistas en el pueblo también son impresionantes por la cercanía de las torres eólicas. Definitivamente volvería nuevamente si estoy por la zona.

Jean’s place is VERY special! We loved our tucked away little home in the hills of Monte Verde. Milton was super friendly and helped us get situated right away at the house. Our favorite part was the on site jungle walk around the property, horses, and the cutest little puppy!! It did get a bit warm in the middle of the day but we had plenty of fans to keep us cool. Electricity is sometimes a little spotty but was never a problem. Milton was very responsive and helpful to anything we needed. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area :)

We all loved our stay! The place is so close to everything! We got to visit cloud forest and local shops. All of Nohelia’s food recommendations were spot on! She was even helping me plan things to do before we got there, which I really appreciated! Place was clean and decorated very cute. We were a small group, but I would love to visit again with more people because there was so much space. Thank you again!

Very nice house. Clean and family friendly. Kitchen is nice. There are a lot of bugs in the rain forest so keep the windows closed! Coming from Florida USA so bugs are normal, but if you are not use to the tropics then bring bug spray for mosquitos. If you are from CR, like my partner, then you already know to keep doors and windows shut especially at night. AC was nice to have after a long day of being outside. Very close to hot springs. The markets and restaurants are great. Overall this place is really nice for a chill small group of people. This stay made our small family reunion feel comfortable and complete. It was 6 and 1/2 of us (1 baby) but this place is actually bigger than we thought. Very spacious and more than enough bed space. House keeping rules are simple. AC off when you leave the house to save for the environment! I hope who ever reads this has a great time like we did! Thank you John and Tati for your great hospitality.

Veronica’s place is so beautiful! The view of Monteverde is unbeatable - stunning sunsets and mountainous expanses. I stayed here with two of my friends on our girls trip and we had tons of space. The house is very close to Santa Elena and all of the activities we had planned. The gated entrance made us feel secure and the surroundings are incredibly peaceful. If you’re renting a car for your trip, beware that the Monteverde roads can be rough, but it’s absolutely worth it for the stunning scenery!

It's a great place to stay at, however, what we missed was hot water at the kitchen and bathroom sinks. otherwise all good, we'd recommend it.

El alojamiento fue exactamente como estaba descrito. La zona es muy tranquila, perfecta para desconectarse del mundo y descansar. Estuve allí con mi familia y todos disfrutamos muchísimo. Las camas son súper cómodas y todo estaba impecablemente limpio. Sin duda, un lugar al que nos encantaría volver.
