Had an amazing experience at the property. Beautiful terrace next to the rooms providing a very good view of the forest. The place is very close to main Shimla however still offers peace and quiet as well. Well kept residence and assistance available at all times. Asheesh personally took care of our itinerary and recommended places as well. Would love to visit again during snow fall time as well. No difficulties in parking as well which is a great to have in Shimla. Overall pretty happy with the experience.

I had the best time of my life in the Airbnb, It was quite clean, full of amenities, massively spacious and the interior designing is amazing in the AIRBNB. The heart of the Airbnb is the Terrace, the best view one can have of entire Shimla. I had Bonfire nights which were the main higlights of the stay and imagine having bonfire night under a quite reasonable amount reflects the pure intention of lovely Hosting intead of just doing business. Host was really polite and Humble and we had a warm welcome as well by them. The staff members were also quite professional and always went extra miles to make our experience flawless. I wish to visit the Pinetree Villa again, I highly recommend everyone to visit pinetree if you want the luxury of Amazing View, porsh location, and most importantly peace. Many local shops nearby are available,we stayed there for almost 5 days and never faced a single issue and only because of the exceptional Hosting of Lalit.

We had a really good time at Prateek's place. He was always very helpful and responsive towards any issue that we faced and provided quick resolutions. The balcony and the terrace view is to die for. If you are looking for a weekend escape, then this place is the perfect destination.

This is newly and well designed property, interior is very nice. Shivani is very helpful and responsive on time. Me and my all friends loved this property.

Hi, the property was good, neat, and clean, with good parking space, but it needs to fix some small issues like one room's bathroom being smelly (some sewerage problems). In another bathroom, the exhaust fan wasn't working, and the same bathroom has some toilet seat issues. Besides this, the staff was friendly, and the kitchen food was delicious and felt like homemade food. Overall good experience.

I booked the place for my parents and they were extremely happy. They felt right at home. Hitprabha was a kind and generous host. My parents are planning to come back to Samarvilla for all their future Shimla trips. Thank you , for making their stay comfortable and memorable.

Starting off with the location- the property is well connected to the mall road and can be easily reached in 20-25 min as what the description also mentions. The apartment is located in a newly constructed society of Shimla snd not to mention the society exudes premium. After you enter into the society, there is ample space to park your car. Now getting to the apartment- there is a lift and takes you to the designated floor. Once you enter the flat, there is certainly a sense of awe which instantly makes you like the apartment. From clealiness to how Lovnish has taken such sincere efforts to design the property is worth mentioning for. There is so much attention to detail and the flat has everything that one needs and more. Overall it was such a good experience to stay and would definitely like to visit again. Not to mention- Lovenish is such a cool host who guided us well and made sure we were comfortable at his place.
