Your Lodge is close to Foxton Locks, Market Harborough, Rutland Water, Melton Mowbray, Uppingham, International Space Centre. You’ll love my place because of the views, the location, the people, the ambiance, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Private hot tub! Please note that there is an additional charge of £20 per pet per stay. Note 3 night minimum. dogs must not scare any sheep, horses.

Fruit Barn - boutique, luxury, secure parking.

Fruit barn is attached to the main house, but has its own entrance. It was newly built to a high spec in 2025. Beds are from Neptune and bed linen from The White Company. 1 x king bed and 2 x single beds. There can be an extra single added. Bedrooms have black out curtains. There isn’t a cooker but there is a microwave, a Dualit toaster, kettle, Nespresso & small fridge. There is a fabulous pub in the village - The Bell, which serves lunch and dinner. The barn is set within a 3 acre garden

Gable Cottage is in the picturesque village of Braunston-in-Rutland. A unique two bedroom cottage annexe, with bath and shower. Dining room with kitchenette (air fryer, microwave, toaster, kettle), and cute gallery sitting area overlooking it. Breakfast welcome pack included, we make our own bread!
