ホストの対応がよく、部屋も綺麗で過ごしやすかったです。 ただ若干汚れがあった箇所があったのでそこは少し気になりました。 ただタオルやドライヤー、シャンプー類も全てあったので、何も困ることはなかったです。

This is a nice place to stay. It is very accessible because there are numerous restaurants, convenience stores, and coffee shops in the vicinity. Especially it is very close to Sai Gon's center.

I stayed in HCM for a month and needed a comfortable place to call home—and this apartment was just what I was looking for! It’s clean, safe, and in a fantastic location. You’ll find a street right next to the building where local vendors sell fresh fruits and vegetables daily, which was super convenient. It’s also within walking distance of countless restaurants and activities. Bùi Viện Walking Street is just a 7-minute walk away, packed with bars and nightlife. If that’s not your vibe, there are still hundreds of amazing restaurants within a 20-minute walk in every direction. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend this place to anyone visiting HCM for a longer stay.

We had a very pleasant stay at Nickey's penthouse condo. The apartment is very spacious and has a nice layout and the location is great - it is close to the airport and has a nice play area and splash pad downstairs for kids. There are lots of restaurants around and there is a free buggy that will take you to the mall throughout the day. We would definitely stay here again and Nickey is a fantastic host!!

Extremely beautiful, air conditioner was reliable and loved the turnaround for taxi drop off. Laundry in unit and having 2 bathrooms was luxurious. Newly built and private. Would definitely airbnb again! small note that is outside the host's control: Grab doesn't recognize the building drop off location yet and will suggest a spot close by. Not a huge issue. Most of the time, the drivers understood where we wanted to go.

Very good location as you are only a Grab ride away from everything. It was nice to wake up to the sounds of birds but to also be centrally located in such a big city. The space has a very cool vibe and a great layout. Highly recommend.

Right from the booking Thao was communicating as much as possible understanding our arrival time and the needs of our stay. She gave restaurant recommendations , tour recommendations etc… it was really helpful and the stay was great … it was aesthetically and centre to many main attractions of hochiminh city… couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay … a great experience overall …

Beautiful space located well in the city yet was quiet and hidden away. Spacious with lots of room and had a beautiful coffee shop below. Would highly recommend staying here to anyone! Thanks again

Home is located right above a coffeeshop that operates for 24 hours. Great for a coffee when it's just below us. Lively place to live in as alot of young people hang out in the cafe. Room was very clean and new. Great experience.

Manuka was a wonderful host and the apartment is located in a great area, just steps away from wonderful restaurants. The area is brightly lit at night and felt extremely safe. Highly recommend this

Loved our stay at Thi Duong's listing. Rooms were accurate as described. Beautiful penthouse view. Area felt safe and secure. Great amenities. Host was super responsive to all our needs. Close to the airport. Would definitely book the place again.

Schöne Unterkunft im 11. OG. Etwas außerhalb des Zentrum sodass man einige Minuten zu Fuß laufen muss ( was uns nicht gestört hat). Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Wohnung war sauber. Die Gastgeberin war freundlich und hat schnell geantwortet.
