We visited the apartment and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The ambiance, design, and attention to detail truly made our stay memorable. Special thanks to Tori for his exceptional assistance throughout our visit. The buliding and park area was a highlight—immaculately maintained and perfect for relaxation. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a blend of luxury and comfort.

Thanhs place was great, however 2nd bedroom has an issue where Aircon cannot enter with the door closed so the guest staying in there will have no real privacy. it's more suitable for family stays. the gym isn't usable which is a shame but the location was great for our needs

Lovely location and pretty easy to access to nearby restaurants/street foods. The room was clean but would be nicer if some air freshener is available to get rid of some neighbours cooking smell. The price is worth for the stay!

This is my second time staying at this property. The accommodation is clean and conveniently within walking distance of restaurants, a market, a movie theater, and a shopping center. It has a pleasant view of the river, Central Park, and LM81. The host provides excellent service with clear instructions for check-in and check-out and responds promptly to inquiries.

뗏기간이라 한숙소에서 쭉 있었는데 좋았습니다. 다만 뗏기간 관리인이 없어서 중간에 청소를 못해서 좀 아쉬웠지만 어쩔수없죠 호스트분 친절하시고 응답도 빨라서 좋았어요. 다음에 기회가 되면 또 오겠습니다.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Airbnb hatte eine perfekte Lage, sie war etwas ruhiger gelegen und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten. Wie fast alle vietnamesischen Unterkünfte war die Wohnung etwas hellhörig. Aber das ist normal.

I wanted to try something more authentic and genuine in the busy city of Saigon. But at the same time I want to have access to restaurants and shops so I went to Nhuong accomodation and I got it all. The room looks like on the photos and are clean and have everything you need. I can recommend this place to anyone coming to Saigon.

The room was clean, cozy and the wifi was strong. Perfect for both work and relaxing. The apartment is in a modern condo with an amazing rooftop pool and gym. In the surroundings you can find several bars and restaurants. The city center is 10 min away by Grab. Perfect for a short stay!

Clean and beautiful unit at a Top Class location in Ho chi minh. Landmark81 at the doorstep. Walking distance to the parks and Saigon river. Plenty of convenience, groceries, cafes, restaurants. Quiet at night. Was able to enjoy a good rest

2nd time staying at Jennie’s place. Family had a great time there. Can’t recommend this place enough, would definitely come back. Jennie is an exceptional host and very responsive and treats her guest very respectfully.
