Situé à 3km de la mer et de Marineland, 15 km de l'aéroport, moins de 1.5 km de la Bastide du Roy. Parking gratuit. Je parle Allemand, et un peu anglais, mon mari Claude parle Italien, et mon fils parle anglais. The little apartment is located on the ground floor of a three-storey 'maison de village', overlooking the Verrerie de Biot. The quiet square in front is still known under its name, 'Place de l'airette - respire and rest' . Direct access by car is not possible. Free Public Parking is available at the bottom of the village, ca. 5 min walk up the hill taking the "Calade de Tinée", access for disabled people is not recommended. We have recently installed air conditioning.

My 50sq m flat is located in the center of the Old Town of Antibes and is very quiet. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and has a terrace overlooking the patio. It is close to all commodities, shopping area, public transportation, restaurants, car park. Sightseeing places like the marche, the beach, the port and Musee Picasso are within walking distance of the apartment. wifi is available in the apartment and we have chosen an excellent quality sofa bad.
