However, you'll likely want to spend the day lounging in your PJs, sipping coffee, or unwinding in the hot tub (open year-round).

Grill out using the gas grill provided. The Tridge and Dow Gardens are 5 miles away. Feel free to soak it all in :)

Guests have a private entrance and enjoy the use of two bedrooms, bathroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen and back screen porch. Please note: Hosts live in a separate part of the house and have their own entrance with no shared spaces. Super clean, all blankets and duvet covers are laundered after every guest. A Juliet balcony off one of the upstairs bedrooms overlooks the huge double lot fenced in back yard. Only one bathroom on 2nd floor. All bedrooms on 2nd floor.

This is a fully furnished open floor plan efficiency located on 40 acres of farmland. There is a generator to assure power in case of a power outage. It is equipped with HD premium Dish,Wi Fi, and a full kitchen with all appliances & housewares. A well provides the water, and is a very good quality. The hot water is on demand. It is located next to a pond and fire pit. It is not suitable for children under twelve years of age and maximum occupancy is two.
