The house is located in the quiet residential area of Marshside which is nestled between the RSPB nature reserves and coastline and Churctown with its pubs, bars, eateries, shops and Botanical Gardens. There are a few golf course nearby with many more in the area including The Open Golf Championship Course of Royal Birkdale. The house also has easy access to Southport (about a 5 min drive) and Ainsdale Beach (about a 12 min drive both by using the the scenic Marine Drive which follows the coast.

Unique Grade II listed cottage situated in the quaint village of Churchtown. Please note that we have a strict NO parties/gatherings policy at the cottage. The cottage is refurbished to a high standard. The internal accommodation comprises of sitting room, diner kitchen and drawing room/conservatory. There is a bathroom with bath and shower facilities. The double bedroom is situated in the eaves above the sitting room. Externally boasts an enclosed rear garden and driveway for two cars.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Our converted garage with everything in it you will need just to turn up with your clothes!! Only 6 minute walk to Birkdale village where there is lots of bars, restaurants and shops, or if you like commuting you can jump on the train to Southport which is only one stop away, Ainsdale and Formby if you want a lovely beach day or liverpool central is a 35 minute train ride. With lots of golf courses to choose from all within 5-20 minutes drive.

The Annexe

The Annexe is a self contained property directly opposite our family home. All fixtures and fittings have been thoughtfully planned to ensure you have a comfortable stay. There is one large double bedroom with a luxurious king size bed, an open plan living area with a smart TV, log burner for cozy nights and electric heating. The bathroom has a large walk in electric shower. The property is suitable for up to two adults (not suitable for children/toddler’s due to the large pond nearby).

Just a short stroll from Birkdale Village’s shops, restaurants and bars, this spacious three-bedroom holiday home is a family retreat on England’s North West coast. Two king-size bedrooms and a twin room ensure restful comfort. The open-plan living/dining area and fully equipped kitchen are ideal for family meals and movie nights. The property has 2 bathrooms, Sky TV, free wifi and off road parking. The house is minutes from Royal Birkdale and Hillside golf courses and Southport seafront.

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night.
