This is our 2nd time of staying and we would definitely visit again. It's a great location for us as it is near family that we visit. There is loads of space and the bedrooms are a great size. (No worrying about where suitcases go) We had 4 adults, 2 children and 1 baby with us and we stayed 3 nights. Sadly the weather didn't allow us to us the garden, but it is a good size and clean. The kitchen is well equipped and instructions for using everything was there. We slept well and it was very quiet. There is a small supermarket within walking distance and a lovely walk in the woods nearby too. We were lucky to go in bluebell season and they are spectatcular. Richard answered any queries promptly and was helpful. Thank you.

We needed somewhere to stay at very short notice and were very happy to find Nolicia's place. It was clean with comfortable beds and the area was very quiet. It was well located for us too. We would certainly stay again when visiting family in Wolverhampton.

We had a lovely stay at Mya's. Easy to find with super easy check in. Mya was super responsive as well and very friendly! The house was lovely, clean and warm with Tea and coffee and other bits left for us, which we found really kind (Thank you). There was a book shelf full of books and a few games for kids to play with, which was great. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and our two kids were perfectly fine in their bedroom. Three house is on three floors which wasn't a problem. TV provided had an amazing variety to pick from to watch in the evenings. Both bathrooms lovely and clean and the shower in the middle floor was very warm and had great pressure. We didn't really visit the surroundings apart from the park for the kids that was a 5 min walk away. Location is great for Cadbury's world... 10 min drive. All in all, I would recommend a stay here and would easily stay again if we ever visited again. Thanks so much again!

Marie-Reine is a very friendly and responsive host. The home was a pleasant stay and had everything we needed. The area was also quiet and the house has its own driveway. Perfect.

My third visit to Adriana's place. It is clean, comfortable and well equipped. Balsall Common has all the facilities needed for an easy stay including some great places to eat and easy access by train or road to Birmingham and Coventry. I'll be back.

Perfect for what we needed whilst working away

We had a fantastic stay at Wellington Homes! The house was beautifully maintained, well-equipped with everything we needed, and professionally managed. The attention to detail and seamless check-in process made our experience even better. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

What a great location, easy walks up to the hills and trails around Hagley. Top tip: Nimmings cafe at the north end of the Clent Hills run by the National Trust; best bacon sandwich in the Black Country! Can't wait to stay again soon!

We managed the get this booking very last minute and we weren’t disappointed in the slightest, the rooms were beautiful, so much space including the garden. It had everything we needed. We really loved the decor. But for us the hosts made the trip. So thoughtful and considerate, and despite our own lack of packing skills, kindly sorted us out, truely grateful, such a kind gesture. Really great communication and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout. Definitely looking to stay again!

A lovely cottage, well appointed and very comfortable. Set on a farm but very peaceful with lots of wildlife including deer and badgers. Good facilities and well located for Leamington, Kenilworth and Coventry. Ideal for families visiting Warwick Uni students, like we did. Sally is a great host and we wouldn't hesitate to go back. We saw Millie through the window but Mabel didn't get to say hello.

We booked The Coach House for a 40th birthday surprise - it was superb! The perfect ‘home from home.’ The host Robert was a great communicator from the start of the booking process to the end, and even left a couple of welcome gifts on arrival for us. The house itself and the outside area with its hot tub and bar area was perfect for our group of 9 to enjoy a few drinks and some music on the evening. The next day, we took a stroll into the lovely town and visited a couple of the nearby pubs and shops. Overall our stay here was exactly what we wanted- relaxed, fun, private and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this home to anyone who wants a couple of quiet nights away in the countryside, friends, families or for special celebrations. Jessica was very responsive and accommodating with our check in time. The place was easy to find and meet our needs. She even brought us an extra towel to use for the dog as it was going to be rainy. The back garden was perfect for our dog to stretch his legs (and the main reason we booked).

Another wonderful stay at Liz’s accommodation in Oxley whilst visiting family. Accommodation clean and fresh as ever. Beautiful weather so able to do plenty of walks alongside the nearby canal network. Looking forward to my next visit already.

A lovely big house with lots of space, in a quiet rural location, it has lovely big bedrooms and the kitchen was very clean and well equipped. We arrived on a chilly evening and the house felt warm and welcoming. The property was in a great location for our family group for a family wedding taking place nearby. Sue was really helpful and easy to contact beforehand and whilst we were there.

This house is located beautifully in a peaceful rural area, the views were gorgeous and was the perfect place for our get together. Sandie throughout the week was incredibly helpful and responsive, and from the moment we entered it felt welcoming and homely. For our first AirBnB experience it will definitely be hard for anything to top it. Thank you Sandie!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Thom’s Ladybird Hut. It was just what we needed. Thom was there with a warm friendly welcome. He gave some great advice on local amenities and things to do. The hut itself was just beautiful, the large window gives you expansive views across the field and we were treated to an epic sunset whilst making use of the hot tub. Many Thanks again.

We had a beautiful stay! The view was amazing and the facilities were perfect. We loved the little reception area where you could get games, DVD’s and toys. We loved the little Easter touches aswell! The lodge was VERY clean easy to get in to, very clear instructions on how to use things and how to get in. My son loved the big field in front of the lodge. Overall it was a beautiful stay and 100% would recommend

Absolutely awesome ! We loved our stay here, really creatively and thoughtfully done. No cut corners. Clean, comfortable, warm and fun ! Really lovely to briefly meet Jane and her helpful troop, who were extremely responsive through out. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

We’ve just got home from a beautiful few nights at The Croft, a clean and wonderful place for the three of us to have a peaceful few days away from the chaos of family and work! The hot tub was an awesome addition to our weekend. We walked through the footpaths to Henley for supplies, shops and pubs and what easy access from there to the train station to visit Stratford upon Avon. We’ll definitely book again if we visit that area in the future. Thanks for a lovely weekend!

Best air bnb stay I have ever had. The air bnb host Adrian went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and was so responsive to my messages. My sister’s hen do was fantastic and the space was just as it was on the pictures, if not better! The whole place was absolutely spotless and fresh. Will definitely be booking this place again for my next event. Wonderful time.
