Location was stunning, the host was lovely and it has beautiful walks on the doorstep. Hot tub definitely worth the extra money as elevates the stay to another level. The dog thoroughly enjoyed his stay as well!

We loved the cottage ,so clean and comfortable and the garden/stream /swing and animals were a real hit with the children. We were made to feel very welcome -homemade cake ,lovely coffee ,bread and eggs ,such a nice touch with Easter eggs for the kids . Thank you Tracey and Dave .

Great weekend, thanks Jess! The hut was really sweet, great use of the space and thanks so much for all the extra gifts Prosecco cake etc. Hot tub was amazing! Would recommend walking from the hut to Tewkesbury. Great views at the top of Norton Hill and then dropping down to walk alongside the river into the town which is lovely. 8 mile walk, we had a superb meal at an Italian restaurant and got a taxi back !!

The amenities, dining facilities and seating arrangements were absolutely perfect for four couples. Amazing views of the lake from the master bedroom, patio and lounge. We all loved it!

A truly wonderful and peaceful stay. The amenities were excellent—everything you could need to feel right at home. It’s the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle, with acres of open land for long strolls and scenic walks up the hill. There were plenty of board games to keep both kids and adults entertained throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing escape. Pam was a fantastic host—warm, welcoming, and very responsive.

Fantastic stay at the Hayloft cottage. The beautiful private surroundings just outside of Stratford upon Avon town was perfect and kept immaculate. Wendy made us feel right at home and the place was snug and cosy for the 4 of us. Complimentary treats for valentines went down a treat and we loved the pool and hot tub experience which was all pristine and well organised. Thank you so much Wendy, already planning our next trip! Lizzy's place was wonderful. We were only there for a weekend and I would love to go back for a longer stay. There was plenty of space and the hot tub was a bonus. The property is also close to some very pretty villages and towns - highly recommended!

Although I had to return home quickly and didn't get chance to stay, I would highly recommend Lisa's flat. She takes pride and great care to provide a lovely place to stay. I have never met anyone on airbnb so helpful and friendly who definitely goes the extra mile to help in any way that she can.

My family loved our stay at Old Forge. Our children— aged 4 and 7– had a blast running around the yard and having their own secluded room on the upper level. We all enjoyed the rustic wildlife decor and the lovely view of the field. The cottage was cozy yet spacious, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Make sure to get dinner at the local spot— The Golden Ball Inn! Stow was a very short drive away with plenty of nice shops and restaurants and a Tesco for our grocery needs. We didn’t end up getting a chance to walk the paths nearby, but we saw plenty of spots we could have done so— and with any luck someday we can return to Old Forge and get to walk around. I’d highly recommend Old Forge for anyone staying in the Cotswolds, esp with children!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is a lovely property in gorgeous settings. Our hosts were delightful. The area is absolutely beautiful with lots of wonderful walks. We had Sunday lunch at the local golf club which was superb. There was even a free range eggs for sale, at an honesty box. Painswick, beacon and Prinknash Abbey were wonderful locations to walk to. The Village of Painswick is absolutely glorious. The property looks out on a beautiful family, it is quiet, but has large televisions, which is wonderful, given that most places with state of a tiny TVs. Not that we watch that much telly. Our hosts were absolutely delightful, giving us a wonderful welcome, and supplying us with the most delicious ginger biscuits. We only stayed a few days, but we're fully rested and recharged. After spending a lovely time at this, most gorgeous place. We surely intend on returning sometime. I like to read, so it was great to have the peace and quiet to read. Thank you, Rebecca and Peter.

Had a wonderful weekend at The Walnuts. The Chapel is beautiful, clean and has lovely comfortable beds, easy parking and a perfect little garden. Jill was extremely responsive and provided helpful recommendations for walks and food, which we did and were great. Thanks so much Jill for a fab stay!

What an absolutely perfect stay! This is, without doubt, the best AirBnB experience I have ever had. The apartment was just like home - great attention to detail with things like the quality bedding, books, well equipped kitchen, fabulous shower, biscuits, eggs, milk and butter that made us feel like we were at home the moment we arrived. As a garden lover, it was particularly special to be shown around by Rosemary, who clearly enjoys her craft and took time to explain how the garden came to be. John offered recommendations on where to visit, and was so accommodating when we were a bit late to check in - at night, too! They are the kindest of people, who didn't feel at all like strangers. An utterly stunning location with wonderful, peaceful surroundings which led to idyllic sleep! Thank you both, we will most definitely return!

Lovely, attractive and comfortable house. Very well furnished and fabulously equipped. The large garden is a great space with a range of seating and tables, a chest of garden toys and a little Wendy house! Samantha communicated regularly and promptly but left as undisturbed during our stay. Overall, very highly recommended.

This cottage was ideal for our family Easter break. Conveniently located in Bourton on the Water - close enough to everything yet outside of the hustle and bustle - the house was a short walking distance to the centre and next to a lovely pub where the Sunday lunch is well worth a visit. The house was nicely furnished and had all the amenities you would want, including a Nespresso machine! And the host was always quick to respond to queries. Lovely cottage and would thoroughly recommend.

The perfect escape! Farahnaz and Paul are really helpful, very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The Summerhouse is so secluded and cosy. it really is a proper escape from the "Busy Life" Shakurs on the corner is a great place to eat if you get the chance. Fantastic place! As hosts ourselves, we're a little fussy but this did not dissapoint. Firstly, the view from the bedroom window was stunning 😍 and the location was perfect - a delightful walk to a historical Roman villa and another lovely walk down to the local pub. Waking up with freshly baked bread, having had a flexible check in, Hugh was very friendly (morning and night when we passed).... but the best part was waking up to the sound of birds and sheep, with views of the rolling Cotswold hills. It is easy to see why this place is so highly rated.

Our second time at this gorgeous old cottage. Felt at home. So peaceful and relaxing. Beautiful area with fantastic walks and pubs. Would highly recommend if you are looking to get away and want a traditional cottage to relax in.

We had a such enjoyable stay at Spinney Falls house. The house is beautiful and in a great location with a gorgeous view from upstairs balcony and bedrooms. The open plan layout is great and the pool table was a hit. The house is situated close to the pool and the football field wasn’t far away either. We had children ranging from 18 months old to 13 years old and everyone had a fabulous weekend. We’d definitely return. Many thanks!

Lovely place right on the water. Looks better than the photos. Had everything we needed in a great location with access to pool and with onsite restaurant and little shop. Perfect for a get away would come again
