Featuring a super king-size bed with White Company bedding, a well-equipped kitchen and a bright and comfortable living room with stunning views of the garden. The modern restroom includes a walk-in shower and Rituals toiletries for a luxury experience. Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio or take advantage of the hammocks on the pond both with views of the surrounding garden.

The Piggery: with tennis court and games barn

The Piggery is a secluded flint built hideaway, with lots of period charm, set in the grounds of a manor house. Converted to a high standard it has it’s own private garden, access to the owners tennis court & a large barn with table tennis, table football & pool, wider house grounds including an island, surrounded by the river Meon. Numerous walks direct from The Piggery and a number of local vineyards are nearby. 5/10mins walk away are two super pubs and the very well stocked village shop.

South Downs Garden Retreat

Positioned right on the border of the South Downs National Park on the fringes of the Meon Valley, guests can enjoy access to a multitude of walk and cycleways. The South Downs Way, Wayfarer’s Walk, Monarch’s Way, Meon Valley Trail, The Forest of Bere and Old Winchester Hill are all nearby. Several superb country pubs are also within walking and cycling distance. The waterfront at Hamble and Hill Head and the cities of Southampton, Winchester, and Portsmouth are all just a short drive away.

This cosy retreat offers the perfect balance of countryside calm and village convenience. Step outside and you’ll find Bishop’s Waltham’s welcoming high street just a few minutes walk away with independent shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants. The nearby Bishop’s Waltham Palace ruins provide a fascinating glimpse into the area’s history.

Surrounded by stunning countryside, on the edge of the South Downs, with wonderful walks from the house. Open plan kitchen-dining area & lounge, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs plus separate downstairs shower room. Sunny patio area with table and chairs & Weber bbq, perfect for watching the sun go down.

Nestled in the grounds of our home, River Dale Garden Cottage is the perfect self-contained retreat for 'getting away from it all'. Situated in the picturesque Meon Valley, within the South Downs National Park, Garden Cottage is just a minute’s walk to the chalk stream, River Meon and access to the Meon Trail (the dis-used Railway Line) - perfect for walking, cycling and horse riding. Centrally located for exploring the cities of Winchester, Portsmouth, Southampton or Chichester.

The Annex - sleeps 2/3 people

Welcome to our spacious and modern annexe nestled in the charming village of Waltham Chase, Hampshire. Located near the historic market town of Bishop’s Waltham, guests can explore its rich heritage and vibrant atmosphere. Surrounded by picturesque countryside, with quaint country walls and inviting pubs nearby, our newly renovated annexe offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for a relaxing getaway. This stylish place to stay is perfect for couples or small families.

The Woodshed

The Woodshed is right in the heart of the South Downs National Park, between the villages of Warnford and Exton, a secluded and peaceful space surrounded by a working farm. The Woodshed has a view of Old Winchester Hill that is magic. Activities in the area include biking, hiking, and angling, and three of the best pubs in Hampshire are within a 5 mile radius. As we are a little distance from the main track, I am happy to come and collect guests from Exton if walking.

Large room with double bed, separate fully fitted kitchen with self catering facilities (inc microwave, full size oven, fridge & freezer) and a shower room. Travel cot available required. Perfect home from home stay away or weekend retreat. Great local facilities including a pub within 5mins walk, great walks. Portsmouth, Southampton & Winchester just 30mins away.

You will enjoy easy access to everything in Bishops Waltham from this centrally located place. Very spacious single bedroom apartment specifically refitted throughout to AirBnB standards. Everything you need in a kitchen with dinning area. Studio lounge with new cosy sofa and chairs. 55" TV. Wifi throughout. Bathroom provides bath and shower with electric heated towel rail. A pair of single memory foam mattresses can be used for additional guests.

Come and enjoy a stay in The Cottage, located in the grounds of our 17th Century converted Barn. Enjoy a unique location on the edge of Winchester with direct access to the countryside. The Cottage has been recently extended and refurbished with everything you will need to make your stay enjoyable. A perfect place for a break to explore all the wonderful things that Winchester has to offer!
