Luxurious, extremely cozy, spacious, stylishly decorated home in a quiet neighborhood close to restaurants, shops and parks. Come relax and make yourself comfortable! Plenty of peaceful spaces to relax, refresh or work remotely. No contact, Self check in. Amazing floor plan, one level, private backyard with fire pit, patio table and grill. Hill Top Bungalow: Safe, Secure, Secluded

The bungalow is a renovated and professionally decorated two-bedroom, one-bath house with a garage and laundry facilities. The modern kitchen boasts a gas range, fully stocked with dishes, pots & pans, and essential appliances. Breakfast items are stocked as well. Three TVs with YouTube TV, Prime TV, and Netflix provided by the Host. Bedrooms have a new queen bed and a sofa in the living room for a maximum of 5 guests plus a pack and play for little ones. Enjoy a furnished deck, fire pit.

Privacy Matters…. This private five acre property has a few surprises. A nature trail, garage play space, and well stocked amenities to make you feel at home! Enjoy nature at its best. The property backs up to 170 acres, providing a wildlife passage for many native species. 2 Bedrooms upstairs with 1/2 bath, and 1 bathroom down. As our guest, you will have arranged access to our main farm, just 1/2 mile down the road, where Alpacas, Donkeys, and all kinds of critters call home. Pet friendly.

Sitting in the wicker rockers on the front porch you have a wonderful view of the farm pond and with any luck you will catch a glimpse of a deer or two.

Enter from the backyard, into a shared laundry room with a hallway headed to your suite on your left. In that hall is a private restroom, right outside the door of your guest apartment suite. In the suite is a common room with a table and chairs for 2, coat/shoe rack, a queen bed and a pull out twin trundle. The large bedroom has a king bed, TV, closet, coffee/microwave cart and couch. The shared space, has a large fridge and a stainless steel sink for your use.
