What a rad spot! Surrounded by mountains, awesome hike, multiple access points to the river if you're willing to walk a bit. Check out Pie bar in Gold bar for some yummy cocktails... that are super affordable.

Hikers Hideaway is one of the most peaceful and quaint air bnbs I’ve ever stayed in. It is private with stunning views and you will find yourself walking out onto the deck every 15 min to take in the view, no matter the weather. We had one rainy day and one sunny, both incredible. We came with our 4 yr old and she loved it too. Jumping into the hot tub in the evening staring at the river was definitely a highlight. Followed by cooking dinner and hanging. A spot for making memories. There’s a coffee shop with a scenic backdrop 5 min down the road called Espresso Chalet and tons of hikes. We did deception falls which was easy for my daughter and barclay lake which was doable but required a lot of holding (bring a backpack for toddler). The place was easy to find, even when arriving at night, just have to pay a bit of attention- our map took us all the way there. An amazing weekend retreat in a stunning area and can’t wait to come back. Lianna is a responsive and wonderful host.

This was hands-down the best AirBnb I have ever been to, and I will recommend any Vashon visitors to stay here. The cabin is homey and private, the wood-fired hot tub was so easy to use, and the handwritten note and bread/cheese awaiting our arrival really was the cherry on top to us feeling welcomed. The cabin is surrounded by trees with minimal light-pollution, which helped to enjoy the stars and wildlife, and it is quiet and peaceful. By car, most restaurants and sight-seeing is all within a 7 to 15 minute drive. Cannot wait to visit again!

What a great stay for our whole family! We had lots of rain, but it didn't even matter since we could still enjoy the outdoors in the hotub and the sauna. The views were spectacular and we absolutely loved our daily walks around the area. Beautiful area! Thank you for all the recommendations and easy access and cozy stay!

Our group had an absolutely amazing time at this Airbnb - the place had everything we would want for a nice weekend getaway. We enjoyed all the amenities - from the hot tub, kayaks, and coffee machine! Would absolutely stay again.

Christina is a responsive and kind host, and the place is amazing! We loved how comfortable it was for a group our size! The awesome jacuzzi and TV kept us very much entertained after our days skiing at Crystal. The beds were comfortable and the place was spacious. I’d highly recommend a stay here!

We really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful A-Frame in the forest. It was wonderful to be off the highway and our dog loved the surrounding forest. The house is very comfortable and the fireplace keeps everything cozy. The kitchen has great equipment and knives. Even had an espresso machine (bring beans). We loved being able to come back after a day of skiing.

Wow! The photos were gorgeous but when you step inside, this place is spectacular. It was hard to decide where to relax…..in front of the huge statement fireplace in the coziest of chairs……in the loft with games and tv……around the fire pit outside with cool lighting and blooming plants all around…..or maybe if you love to mess around in a kitchen, you opt for the amazing cooking space equipped with everything you could want. We managed to enjoy it all. You will too! We used this fabulous home as a base camp for exploring Mt. Rainier and Mt. St. Helens. Next time we will bring bikes and take advantage of the great bike trail system located a stone’s throw from the front door. Finally, thanks to Chris and Ben for welcoming dogs with a self-filling water bowl! We loved it here.

This spot was very special. Cozy and tucked up in the trees - the perfect perch to look over the sound. If you’re looking for a quiet, restful nook - this is the spot. We’re so lucky they share this space with us!

The cabin is charming, comfortable, and adjacent to a national forest. The surrounding area, Wilderness Rim, is spectacular. Deb and Don are the hosts you dream about: respectful of privacy, enormously helpful, and fun. They took all of my little problems seriously, helped me find resources, and were unfailingly cheerful and kind.. They made North Bend and the Snoqualmie Valley feel like home. The cabin is a very special place. It’s easy to be happy there. I highly recommend it.

Such a great spot for a couple skiing days at Crystal. Loved bringing our pups along and walking the neighborhood. The hot tub was also a delight after a long powder day. We deeply considered extending our trip because we were having a great time, but might just have to make a Crystal trip an annual thing!

We had such a wonderful stay! The location is amazing, and being able to fall asleep to the sound of the river was exactly what I needed on this little getaway. The cabin was homey and had everything we needed! We took a stroll with my dog, and every neighbor we ran into was lovely and very welcoming. I could not recommend this place enough!

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy cabin with a gorgeous view. Beds and sheets were very comfortable, lots of nice new towels. Kitchen had necessities. It was great having a grill right off the kitchen. The pictures made the home look a little bigger but it was nonetheless a good amount of space for 5-6 people. We appreciated being able to bring the dogs and there were pet towels and a dog feeding mat already there. Kathy was great to communicate with and provided all the information we needed.

This cabin is awesome. Comfortable, well maintained. Everything you’d expect from a log cabin. Lots of cool family history and very well kept! Great location near Crystal Mountain, neighborhood is also nice to walk/run. Felt very safe and I saw an eagle and elk while there! My group was already talking about when we could go back. Angie is a rockstar host!!!

The stay was amazing. Perfect place for solitude and meditation - quiet and peaceful. Loved the cabin interior , wooden stove and books collection. Everything was clean and well maintained.

This was a perfect little getaway and the cabin itself is so cute! The view from the loft is great to wake up to and walking out of the cabin hearing and seeing the river was a great bonus!!!
