we always enjoy staying at either one of James' places. Both feel like a home away from home and always pristine clean and comfortable. We look for either of his locations first when staying in the area.

Stayed at Kay’s place during race weekend. Overall a nice experience. On the outskirts away from the craziness for that weekend. 20min drive to the track. Good communication.

This was the perfect place to stay on my trip to meet up with my sister. She was camping nearby and I got this cabin. The day before I was asked if I wanted a pack n play because I was bringing my baby and of course I said yes because it would be one less thing to pack. We had a long travel day and when we checked in I saw they set up the pack n play and put sheets on it for me! It was such a nice gesture and I felt it was so sweet. They also put out snacks for us and le croix in the fridge for me - it was like they knew us! The location was beautiful. From the porch we could hear the river, birds chirping, and the occasional train passing. We took their recommendation to go to natural tunnel park which was so fun and the kids loved it! I would definitely stay here again! Thank you guys!

Easily one of our favorite Airbnb we have been at! It was quiet, peaceful and beautiful.

If you're looking to enjoy nature and disconnect, this is the place! So close to the Breaks interstate Park (5 minutes?), which is filled with great hiking. And the cabin is perfect for family fun - ping pong tournaments and Ms. PacMan! - plus a hot tub for post hike relaxing. This part of VA is very remote so there are not a ton of restaurants nearby so come prepared! That said, the kitchen is stocked with everything you could need!

Property exactly as described, clean, well stocked. Will stay again.

Very quaint! Easy booking, communication, check in . Our daughter lives in the area so we are biased on a lot of things but it is very close to so many things. Homey feel entering the door. clean and stocked with games, extra blankets and towels. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the home other than to sleep because of family things we were doing but comfy beds and pillows. I would consider booking this again
