The apartment is super clean and as shown on the pictures. It's a quite big place and everything you'll need is there. Also, the apartment is behind their house, so you have your full intimacy. You'll feel just like at home. They really helped me during my stay in Batumi. Their hospitality is really great! I definitely recommend!

Cute house in colourful neighbourhood, walking distance to tram. Our family of four enjoyed 3 nights here. House was clean and warm with easy check in. Host even had bread, milk and eggs in store for us on arrival which was appreciated after our long overnight journey. (Supermarket only 5 mins walk thereafter). 15 minute walk (steep hill) to tram then easy access within city. We loved the neighbourhood of Balat, the colourful houses give the area real character. Wish we had a longer stay, lots to see and do in city. If we return we would definitely book same property and would recommend to others. Thanks Ozkan!

Our extended family stayed for a week at Ozkans house Ozkan was very responsive to guide our taxi drive through the original cobble stone lanes. it is an original house dating back to the Otterman era, the house had everything we needed, lots of books washing .machine, well equipped kitchen. The main bed was a bit lumpy but strangely comfortable, downstairs double was ok, the single mattress wasn't so good. The house is halfway up the hill from the tourist area, lots of Cafes etc. Where the houses is,the area hasn't been gentrified. Was a little concerned when we arrived, Taxi driver wasn't enthusiastic about the area. However we found the area safe. friendly. We were a party of 3 women. and 1 man. Plenty of nearby small shops to buy groceries etc. The tram, bus and ferry station are 5/ 10 minute walk away, so very convenient to get to the Istanbull centre, Taksim or 30 minute walk. It was a very interesting enjoyable stay. Ozkan was a very responsive and generous host

Our hosts were amazing and accommodating. Our luggage was delayed, but our hosts gave us shopping recommendations and even offered to drive us to some places. The Arbnb itself was very clean and nice and the location was amazing by the cliffside of the Black Sea. We would 100% recommend anyone to stay here.

Ludmila's place was exactly what we needed, large spacious bedrooms, pictures do not do justice. Very clean place, small store next door, and a yard with nice size table was perfect for 6 of us. Definitely recommend Ludmila's place.

Our recent stay at this Airbnb in Turkey was truly amazing! The location was super convenient—everywhere we wanted to go was just a short taxi ride away. Plus, taxis had no trouble finding the place, which made getting around a breeze. The house itself was spotless! You could tell the host took our request for cleanliness seriously. The place smelled fresh and looked immaculate. The host even provided extra towels, tissues, and bed sheets without any hesitation. The layout of the Airbnb was fantastic: three floors, each with its own bed and bathroom. This setup was perfect for our family, and it would be ideal for multiple families traveling together. The privacy and convenience were top-notch. The ground floor had a billiard table, which was a huge hit with the kids (and the adults!). It was such a fun feature and gave the kids a great place to hang out while the adults relaxed. Finally, the host was incredibly accommodating. A three-story mini mansion with an internal staircase, featuring a stunning design and decor. It offers a historical atmosphere where you can fully experience the local life of Istanbul. Right next to the house, there’s a traditional Turkish market where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables. The house has three modern bathrooms in total, with three toilets and two showers. The area is surrounded by many historic churches and mosques, and it’s one of the most mysterious parts of the Fatih district. In addition, you can reach Sultanahmet and the Grand Bazaar in just 10 minutes by tram, this neighborhood remains one of Istanbul’s hidden gems. It was truly an amazing experience!

Sehr gut insgesammt. Am Anfang gab es ein kleines Problem was die Einrichtung betraf, dies wurde innerhalb vom gleichen Tag sofort gelöst und ich konnte dann am Montag ganz normal remote arbeiten. Da man Unterkünfte auch an dem Umgang mit auftauchenden Problemen bewerten muss und dies herforagend schnell und ohne Probleme verlief, kann ich hier eine klare Empfehlung für die Unterkunft aussprechen! Beautiful, spacious house in a nice area of Istanbul. The ferry gets you to the center easily. We had an excellent stay!

İbrahim Bey ve kardeşi Berk Bey son derece ilgiliydi sorularımıza hızlı bir şekilde dönüş aldık ev gayet temizdi soğuk olur mu diye endişe etmiştik ama sıcaklığı yeterliydi. Evin konumunun merkezi olması bizi ayrıca mutlu etti bahçesinde çok keyifli bir akşam geçirdik tekrarlamak dileğiyle. İbrahim Bey ve Berk Bey’e ayrıca çok teşekkür ederiz.
