A cosy bedroom and bathroom in the wing of our stable cottage. The room is available year round. Double bedroom, shower room, kitchen area and lounge available to use. It’s all very private. You access via the main house entrance but while you are there we can use our my side door for your privacy. Sorry we do not allow pets. The Cottage is set in an idyllic country setting. Backs onto woodland walks. An amazing opportunity to escape to the country, perfect for your digital detox!

The Old Apple Store

A lovely renovated old apple store in Kent. Featuring a pretty double bedroom and mezzanine floor with futon. Guests have their own garden to enjoy in the summer or a wood burner inside to cosy up to in winter. Situated in the countryside, a short drive to Tunbridge Wells. There are a huge range of activities and sights nearby including the lovely Penshurst Place. There are also so many fantastic places to eat and drink giving guests a lot of options to keep busy.

Forest Den is probably the closest accommodation to Pooh sticks bridge and set in the Heart of the Ashdown Forest with direct access into the famous 100 Acre Wood from AA Milne's Winnie the Pooh! Forest Den is a super cosy rural retreat offering a get away from it all lodge at the same time as offering all the creature comforts for a break. New for 2022… Alpacas!

Very comfortable king size bed, large living space, kitchen (with fridge & cooker, kettle, toaster), shower/loo and TV. About 500m from both Pooh Bridge as well as an excellent pub. Tea, coffee etc plus welcome pack of cereals, bread, milk and butter will be awaiting your arrival. Use of garden area. Friendly host with equally friendly spaniel.

The Granary, Organic Vineyard stay with Pool.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

Historic castles, vineyards of Sussex, Royal Tunbridge Wells Spa town is a short drive or even a walk away. The house is in a rural setting with great walks and some excellent pubs along the way.
