Julie was so friendly and communicative, she made us feel right at home. So did Archie and Stevey the dogs, who we loved! The villa was larger than I expected and was perfectly set up for us. The location is ideal, close to the waterfront, wineries and cafes, and not too far from Havelock North for more restaurants, cafes and shops. Would recommend and would definitely stay again 😊 Thank you Julie for having us

Came for our honeymoon for a simple getaway and this was perfect! Amazing views, not far from pubs/towns and was overall just peacefully perfect. Would definitely book to stay again!!

Very nice location. Bright and extremely clean with spacious bedroom and bathroom (large shower). Nice outside patio space that is walled off for privacy. Rachael communicated well, was friendly, and willing to help if we needed anything. Would recommend.

Crabtree Cottage is a beautiful haven. Peaceful with a lovely sense of style with comfy leather sofa and armchairs to curl up in with a book. Whilst it was still (just) into Autumn we enjoyed the fire and warm welcoming space. Great shower pressure and heated towel rail. The bed is super comfy with lively fresh crisp sheets and pillows. Love the decor and look and feel of the cottage. The garden is a delight. We picked 2 figs and lemons straight from the back yard to enjoy we cheese platter and tisane and wondered through the front garden to get ideas for our own garden. Wish I’d brought my watercolours. Fantastic place to stay surrounded by vineyards. Was a nice old house with a great porch. Excellent if you are attending a concert at the Black Barn Winery just up the road. Great hosts, fast to respond.

Great stay in Havelock North. Beautiful home with everything you need including a fireplace. Walking distance to town & local restaurants.

The house was perfect for what we needed and ideally located across the quiet road to the beach and walkways. House facilities were all we needed and comfy and clean. Think we’ll be back!!

Loved our stay. So close to the beautiful, mostly deserted beach - which was ideal. Loved the wrap-around deck, ideal for soaking up the morning and afternoon sun.
