Larbreck Lodge is within the 3 acre grounds of our family property. We are situated on the border between Lytham St Annes and Blackpool. We are one of the only places which boasts being semi rural whilst being extremely close to all surrounding areas. Dogs are welcome at the property. The property is modern whilst still having the traditional log cabin feel. Beautiful for either the summer or winter. We are not a party place , we are a relaxation venue.... please respect that. Xx

Stay in a stylish 3 bed semi on a quiet street nestled in between hotels, just far enough from the noise and hustle of the town centre and yet near enough to walk to it and enjoy everything Blackpool has to offer. We are situated one street from the beach and promenade and a short 12 minute walk into the town centre. Providing an ideal location for couples, families, groups of friends or work colleagues. As of January 2024 we are allowing well behaved small dogs.

The Vibrant House

This house is perfect for healthcare and hospital staff looking for somewhere to stay while working at Blackpool Victoria Hospital. It is also perfect for families looking for a home away from home, it is located just out of town so it is quiet but close enough to the attractions and the motorway. Everything is provided and there is an outdoor space to enjoy too. The house is not suitable for large groups and these types of bookings will not be accepted.

Studio apartment in Bispham, Blackpool FY2

Just a 2 minute walk from Blackpool promenade, this recently refurbished studio apartment features a brand new separate kitchen area and a seperate bathroom area. The lounge area acts as the bedroom as well with a brand new double bed with a very comfortable Emma mattress. Free parking available for up to two vehicles and is just a 2 minute walk to the promenade with access to the tram which can take you into Blackpool, Bispham, Cleveleys and Fleetwood.

Family home with sea views and free off-street parking for 2 vehicles within walking distance of Blackpool town centre. There is tram stop less than 2 minutes walk away which takes about 5 minutes to the town centre (Tower & Winter Gardens). The house is a good size with three king size bedrooms and one single bedroom. There are sea views from the master bedroom and the promenade is less than a minute walk away.

Gorgeous BBQ grill hut with double bed, in and outdoor seating area, and grill entertainment area set in a wooded area on our family small holding and small glamping site. Private toilet, shower and utility sink block with hot water. (Bed sheets and kitchen/hand towels provided- *******please bring own shower towels) We have alpacas, sheep and chickens and guests are welcome to help feed them.
