Lynda is a brilliant host and had tea, coffee, milk and fruits ready for us before we arrived. The place was very clean and felt like home. Kids loved the place and the board games. The icing on the cake is the location as, it is next to Ocean edge. She responded promptly for any questions we had. We have enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return back if we visit surrounding places. Thank you very much for hosting us Lynda, we had a great time.

We had such a fabulous stay at Carole’s place in Warton. The lodge was immaculate and so well equipped with everything we needed. The location was quiet, private and set around a lovely small lake. 30 minute drive to Windermere and 15 minutes to Lancaster. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying again in the future.

Everything was exactly as we wanted and those little extras, kitchen roll, washing liquid, tea and coffee were very welcoming. Clear instructions, wifi and tv, all one could want at an home away from home.

What a wonderful host, and magical place. It was such a lovely time, we’ve booked to come again. Mike is a treat, a remarkable character who exudes a warm that makes you feel instantly at home. The barn is full of charm and the chickens, ducks and peacocks a delight (especially if you see them angling for a biscuit from Mike!) The pool is incredible. Perfect for all ages. We’re half visiting again in the hope the kids will be bored of the pool and we’ll be able to get out and explore more… I don’t hold out too much hope on that one. A real gem of a find.

Family of 4 stayed 3 nights in October 2024 and it was just what we needed. Had some beautiful long walks along the beach. The caravan was home from home, clean and cosy. It had everything you could want for cooking a simple breakfast to Sunday Roast. Clean and respectful surroundings around the park. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Delanie couldn’t have been more helpful. We arrived to an amazing welcome hamper and balloons for my sister in laws 30th. The house was lovely. The bar and pool area were just wow!! We spent the whole day by the the pool Saturday. It was lovely and warm and so relaxing. Thank you for a wonderful stay x

Large house in a quiet location , ideal for family gathering . Kitchen was well equipped which made catering easy . No camp cot or high chair but we bought our own . Thankyou

Had a few days break here over Easter. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and in a fantastic quiet location. Would definitely stay here again.

Onyx House is the perfect hen party location. The whole house is so modern and beautifully decorated to a really high standard and quality. The location right on the waterfront was perfect and we really were blown away with the facilities. Highly recommend for large groups! Best accommodation we’ve ever booked via Airb&b every detail has been well thought out. Pictures don’t do it justice. Housekeeper was super helpful and welcoming and helped us with any queries well in advance and during our stay

Perfect home close to family we were visiting. Modern & bright throughout, with everything you could want for a short or longer stay. The host even provided laundry detergent for the washer dryer (if you needed to put a load on)

Awesome spot just away from the promenade. Safe area and easy to get to. We used it as a base for the Blackpool marathon and was perfect for all we needed 👍🏻

We had an amazing stay in a beautiful house. It was so quiet despite walking distance to Blackpool tower. Everything you would need and more. Large and spacious house. Lovely and clean throughout. The only small detail that could be improved would be to add more plates and dishes. Otherwise perfect. In fact one person in our group is looking to book it again for another holiday. It’s a wonderful experience staying here. It has best towels I have ever experienced, comparable to the top quality hotels. The e bedrooms suits us very well. We also spend a lot of time in the kitchen and dining area, eating and working. I also give high remarks on the interior finishes style. And many others, including some tasty biscuits prepared for us.

Great weekend stay at Matt’s barn conversion. Matt’s communication and flexibility in the lead up to our stay was brilliant. The location is fantastic - very peaceful, with amazing views. The accomodation was great, with spacious communal areas. Thanks for a great weekend stay - I am sure we will be back.

We had a great time at this property with family members ranging from 2-88 years old. The house is typical Blackpool quirky, some dampness in areas and a bit creaky but this didnt alter our expereince. plenty wee extras such as toilet roll, crisps, loaf and even butter! Choice of board games and some books. My MIL would have been happier if there was a teapot so if this is important to you bring one. Overall fab weekend in great accomodatiom, good location for us and plenty of space. Thanks Mitchell!

Great stay at Riversleigh, everything we needed and more! Hosts were very responsive, friendly and flexible. Would absolutely book a stay with them again. Entry and exit was a breeze. House was well equipped with everything needed for our stay, we didn’t use but house also has a packable crib and high chair for anyone travelling with small children. Location is great, close to Lytham St Anne’s, motorways and not far from Blackpool but far enough to be much more quiet and in an idyllic setting. Several options for food within walking distance. Closest supermarket under 10 mins car drive away. If travelling for BAE, house is as close as you can get.

Lovely house just a few minutes walk from both the train station and the town centre. Ideal if you need a place for a larger group of people. Very clean and matched the description and photos.

We all had a lively time at the Old Station House in St Annes. The house is gorgeous and the kids absolutely loved the games room. All the rooms are gorgeous and have tvs, and the location was super handy for everything.

The house is as good as you see in the pictures, with service to match. Very comfortable and cosy place to base yourself for St Annes which is all within walking distance, or for Lytham, Blackpool and the surrounding areas which are all within easy reach. Having a dishwasher, washing machine, great TV with streaming, means you can also have a home from home experience. There is a lack or clarity on the security deposit needed, but that is an issue more for Airbnb.
