A recently refurbished traditional flint cottage located in the heart of the coastal village of Blakeney. This four bedroom cottage sleeps seven & includes one single room (with an additional pull out bed for an 8th guest if required). The cottage is a few minutes walk from the quay which offers crabbing, sailing, kayaking, bird watching and more while pubs & shops are also within easy walking distance. Further afield you can explore the many North Norfolk sandy beaches and charming villages.

Old Salt’s Barn – Our North Norfolk Hideaway.

Old Salt’s Barn is our lovingly renovated holiday home in Langham, just two doors from The Bluebell pub, which does the best Sunday roast in Norfolk - in our opinion! With 2 double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher & washer/dryer), log burner, and private courtyard garden, it’s the perfect cosy base. Dog-friendly and peaceful, yet minutes drive from beaches, walks, and coastal villages. This is our own family escape, and we hope it feels as welcoming for you as it does for us.

The cottage is attractively decorated and has a modern homely feel, whilst fully equipped for an easy self-catering holiday. With 2 bedrooms, a living room with log burner and a small courtyard garden where you can watch the world go by, Sarah's Cottage is the perfect base to explore North Norfolk.

Stable Cottage, Blakeney: a few steps from the sea

A minutes walk from the quay, accommodation for the discerning guest looking for comfort in a tasteful, relaxing environment. The cottage has been renovated with a gorgeous contemporary feel throughout. Close to local eateries, the sea, and local wildlife, it is great for couples and families (dogs welcome). Heating and hot water are switched on. Wood for the burner is provided from October to the end of March. We also supply bath products, milk, tea, coffee and a bottle of wine on arrival.

Welcome. Kiln Cottage, Blakeney, is our family home which we'd like you to enjoy. It's the perfect spot for a holiday or short stay within the beauty and tranquillity of the North Norfolk coast. This modern cottage, built with traditional Norfolk flint, is a moment’s walk from the coastal path, village harbour, shops and eateries. It offers total peace and quiet. I am afraid we are unable to accommodate children under 16. And we're unable to accept dogs or other pets. Parking for two cars.

Our home away from home, we have lovingly restored to relax and make memories to treasure during your stay. Come and stay at Tickers to blow the cobwebs away, enjoy the amazing scenery, delicious food and coastal path walks which are accessed from the back door! Relax with our roaring log burner or a bath to soak in after a long day on the beach. Small enclosed gardens to front and rear of the property. Off street parking is available behind the house on a first come first served basis.

Loades Cottage is a beautifully restored fisherman's cottage in the heart of the small North Norfolk coastal village of Blakeney. Sleeping 3 people in comfort, the cottage is attractively decorated and has a homely feel, whilst fully equipped for an easy self-catering holiday. The cottage has full central heating and a wood burning stove, plus a secluded courtyard with outside seating. Just 2 minutes' walk from Blakeney Quay, Loades Cottage makes an ideal base to explore North Norfolk.

A one bedroom cottage converted in 2019 from the original Tap Room of an old public house. It is situated at the top end of Blakeney High Street. There is off street parking on the drive, a private gated front entrance and patio. Patio doors from the living room open to private west facing patio. The living room is spacious with a vaulted ceiling and incorporates the kitchen and breakfast bar. Double doors lead to the bedroom ( king size bed) and shower room. SUITABLE FOR 2 ADULTS ONLY

The Boathouse is a large holiday home in the heart of Blakeney on the North Norfolk Coast. Clean, bright and recently refurbished with plenty of space, lots of charm and a fantastic location just off the quay. Four double bedrooms and a family bedroom and three modern, clean bathrooms. Perfect for families and large groups.

A converted old stable block, attached as a self-contained annexe to a large family house. The Stables has one bedroom (one King sized double bed) and a bathroom (with freestanding bath and separate shower) on the ground floor, a living room/ kitchen area upstairs, and a private walled garden. In the centre of Cley-next-the-Sea, it is within walking distance of the beach and other coastal villages of Blakeney, Wiveton and Salthouse.
