Very Blessed to have a place to lay my head. Hosts are receptive and respect privacy. NO WiFI / NOR CABLE. I put it in caps due to the fact that I missed it in the trip details ( it does state). I needed WIFI for business, otherwise great if someone was on VACA. I was however not on VACA. Host was accommodating and offered their back patio to use WIFI and approved a gracious late check out She also provided coupons to fairview coffeeshop ( I forgot;((). Oh well next guest can enjoy..

It was a great location and very quiet. Perfect for a weekend getaway and close enough to things but also out of the city. The large shower was amazing and Kelly was such a sweet and kind host. I definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location just off the square, and walkable to everything downtown.

We stayed at Lindsay’s place while we explored the surrounding area. It was in a perfect and centrally located to all we wanted to do in Austin and Pedernales State park. The space was small and simple (no WiFi or kitchen) but that’s exactly what we’re hoping for on our mini vacay!! Lindsay was so easy to communicate with and was a wonderful host. We would definitely stay here again!

I left an Awesome Review in previous post April 13-15 but this stay the following week was just as perfect. David’s spot is on point for visiting Blanco and both host are Friendly, responsive and accommodating. You won’t be disappointed when staying at David’s place.

We had a lovely time staying at Jana’s place. The Aframe is beautifully decorated and the location is incredibly peaceful. The plunge pool at dusk was perfection and I also took advantage of the huge bathtub in the downstairs bathroom! Appreciate the lovely stay!

10/10 stay! This home is more beautiful than the photos - the property is gorgeous and private, roads are easy to drive, and the place was SPOTLESS. Fully stocked kitchen, lots of extras like games, robes, and tons of bedding and towels. We really enjoyed the cowboy tub, play ground, outdoor shower and took advantage of the grill. I stay in a lot of airbnbs and the quality linens, towels, dishes, etc were unmatched. Location was great for exploring Blanco, Johnson City, Wimberley, etc. I had to make a lot of unexpected changes to my reservation and host was very responsive and understanding. We had to reach out when we struggled to open a door (user error lol!) and response was quick and helpful. We hope to book again soon, we loved it all that much. Thanks!

It was a great place for an extended stay. We enjoy staying out in Hill Country & still close to family in Dripping Springs also short drive to Wimberley, a great downtown we enjoyed. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking, sunsets were amazing deer came up to the house.Jonathan was very accessible & accommodating notified us of extreme weather warnings. We always enjoyed the drives to and from Dripping with our grandson saying we lived in the wild! We highly recommend for short or long stays, 5 stars from us. We loved staying at this beautiful private property. We were here for a wedding and needed a kid-friendly place. My kids adores the playground and my little girl loved the bunk bed. The beds were comfortable and I appreciated the abundance of towels. Kathy was so helpful and informative leading up to our arrival and reached out several times. We had a great stay and can’t wait to return to Wimberley!

We absolutely loved this house. It's located in a very peaceful neighborhood, but also close to the highways. The house was very clean from inside and had really comfortable decor. We loved the attention to detail in everything (be it the choice of comforters, details in toiletries, fully stocked kitchenware) The host was quick to respond to all our questions and requests and that made us feel at ease before reaching the property. I am going to bookmark this property for our future visits and will recommend to all our friends.
