Come home after a long day on the beach and wash off in the outdoor shower and then spend the evening watching sunsets on the top deck with seating for two.

Spar Point Farm on Block Island is a 6-acre working family farm including a vineyard, orchard, apiary, gardens, and greenhouse. Beautiful Block Island gem, gut renovated in 2010. Classic with all the modern conveniences. Easy walk to the ferry, downtown, and beaches. Four bedrooms, 2 full baths, detached bunkhouse with 3 bunkbeds. Fabulous patio & porches with a backyard that keeps guests coming back. Perfect house for a family or two. Full week rentals only June-August, Friday to Friday. Off season weekends have a 3-day minimum stay. Calendar opens October 1.

Hayden House on Block Island

Hayden House is a cozy, tranquil island retreat that sits guests on 1.5 acres and is only a short 0.5 mile walk to downtown. The sun rises over the large deck that overlooks the back yard...and you will see beautiful sunsets while sitting on the front porch of this farm style home. Please note that Hayden House can accommodate 10 guests during the summer and 8 guests November through April.
