Welcome to the Blue Water Cottage situated on beautiful Lake Huron. Located between Bayfield (10 minutes) and Grand Bend (20 minutes), you are steps away to a private beach area. If you want a relaxing and peaceful getaway, while enjoying the beautiful Lake Huron beach and it’s famous sunsets, then this is definitely the cottage for you. If you would rather be loud, noisy and just want to party, then I ask that you please look somewhere else as there are many long term residents in this area.

Modern and private guest suite

We've recently renovated our basement to create a stylish, modern, cozy and quiet guest suite. There is a side entrance that opens directly onto stairs taking you down to the unit. It has a locking metal exterior door for sound-proofing and security. The unit is a bright studio apartment with three large windows, a full kitchen, sitting area with tv and fireplace, dining table, queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and your own private bathroom with a five-foot shower. With extensive sound-proofing!

The Avon Festival Get-Away

We take pride in ensuring our place is clean, polished and comfortable. A 16 min walk to the Festival Theatre on Queen St. It is a pretty walk along the arboretum and Avon River. We have a well equipped kitchenette, and a high end Kreuig for your tea, coffee, and chai latte needs, all free of charge - also has a cold brew feature! Our basement suite is good for families, couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and furry friends (pets). The suite has free parking and a private entrance.

The Carriage House Suites - the South Suite

Welcome to the Carriage House Suites located on the edge of beautiful Blyth Ontario. The suites are next to the historical former Grand Trunk Railway Station that is converted into a home. There is so much to do in Blyth and surrounding area, from dining, live theatre, a craft brewery, to shopping, and beautiful trails. The suites are a short twenty minute drive to the beaches of Lake Huron. There are two suites available, the South Suite and the North Suite. The suites are listed separately.

Up The Creek A-Frame Cottage

Relax in an A-frame Cottage over looking a stocked trout pond surrounded by trees. 20 acres of trails. Fish swim, kayak or canoe in the pond or creek. Watch the ducks, frogs, herons, birds, turtles & a variety of wildlife. Enjoy the stars & roast marshmallows at the camp fire. Fully stocked kitchen, BBQ, wood stove, fire pit and 3 piece bathroom. It is perfect for families, couples and small groups. Situated next to Pinery Provincial Park where you can enjoy a long hike on the numerous trails amongst the tall trees, birds and wildlife. Leave the city behind and come enjoy some country vibes. Just 5 minutes from london (masonville/8 minutes to University hospital) you will find yourself deep in rural life. Set on a 25 acre horse farm this upstairs unit offers a great place to get away and enjoy the rural lifestyle. With a separate entrance, spacious bedroom and even more spacious living space. Comfy couch and two new comfy beds. Beautiful views from all the windows. The unit is private but is in a very quiet home.

Copper Blue

A cozy cottage near the beach and downtown Bayfield. A hop, skip, and a jump and you'll find yourself walking down the Glass st. beach entrance. A 5 minute walk the other way and you're in beautiful downtown Bayfield, where there are shops, parks, and an amazing variety of restaurants to choose from. *Note: there is a suite in the back where I am often in and out of throughout the year- I’ll be using it and the backyard. If you are not comfortable with this notify me immediately.

Cheerful 4 bedroom cottage with a private beach

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located place. This cottage is walking distance to a private beach that only residents of the community can access. Then a 5 minute drive to Main Street with cool restaurants, boutique shops, and access to the boardwalk and public beach. If you just want to stay in, the cottage comes with a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor BBQ and entertainment area. This cottage can accommodate up to a max of 10 adults and 4 children.

Our Guest House (690 sq. ft.) with 12 foot ceilings is filled with all the conveniences. Imagine being able to walk to the historic downtown shopping square, restaurants, Lake Huron, concert venues, ... Your retreat has WiFi, TV, kitchen (Air Fryer, Toaster Oven), French Press for coffee. RADIANT HEATING ON FLOOR, air conditioning, ceiling fan, comfortable workspace (round table) and free parking. You have your own outside patio, and Private Keypad entrance.
