We stayed in this place during the 2025 Easter holidays. It is a very nice and clean accommodation, exactly like the description provided. 10mts to 12mts walk from Mestre station. 3 mts walk to local bus stop. Good travel links nearby. Erika was an amazing host, so as Carmen, who did our check in and checkout. She was very flexible for in and out. There were clear instructions provided. She allowed us to store our luggage at the storage after the check out since we had a tour planned during the day. It was very kind of her. She was always available with her instant responses for any queries. She guided us with all bus/tram details which helped our transportation easy through Venice. Erika even booked a taxi for us to airport when we faced issues with online booking. We were really lucky as we had Erika as our host. Ich hatte das Vergnügen, eine Woche auf diesem wundervollen Bauernhof zu verbringen. Der Gastgeber (Cristian) war unglaublich hilfsbereit und freundlich, was meinen Aufenthalt besonders angenehm machte. Das Zimmer war nicht nur sehr sauber, sondern auch gemütlich eingerichtet, was meinen Aufenthalt zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis machte. Ich kann diesen Bauernhof wärmstens empfehlen und freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch!"

Ubytko bylo čisťounké, hezčí než na fotkách. Na rohu byla půjčovna kol. Nedaleko je lidl a další obchody. Jen na pláž se musí kousek cca 100m po silnici, jinak to je stezka k pláži bez aut. Pláž čisťounká. Každý den ji traktor upravoval.

This was the perfect base for our Venice adventure! Located in a peaceful residential area with the huge bonus of secure gated parking. The bus stop was literally a 5-minute walk away, with frequent buses taking us directly to Venice in about 20 minutes - super convenient and cost-effective compared to staying in Venice proper. We felt extremely safe, especially with the police station right next door. The neighborhood was quiet and had a lovely local feel, away from the tourist hustle. The apartment was clean and comfortable, providing everything we needed for our stay.

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable chez Frederica et Alberto à Venise ! 🌟 Leur appartement est un véritable bijou : idéalement situé pour explorer la ville à pied, tout en étant dans un quartier calme et charmant. Parfait pour une famille, il est spacieux, propre, et incroyablement cosy — on s’y sent comme chez soi dès la première minute. Le petit plus qui fait toute la différence ? Le rooftop ensoleillé avec une vue magnifique, parfait pour prendre un café le matin ou un apéro au coucher du soleil ! Merci encore pour cette parenthèse magique — nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Die unterkunft ist ein Traum. Die Begrüßung sehr liebevoll, alles ist so nett hergerichtet mit einem Begrüßungsgeschenk, einfach traumhaft. Die Unterkunft ist noch viel grosser als ich mir gedacht habe. Sehr sauber!! Alles vorhanden, es fehlt an nichts. Die Veranda ist auch sehr gross und lädt zum verweilen. Simone hatte tolle Tips für die Umgebung. Schade dass wir nur auf der Durchreise waren. Wir waren gerne noch viel länger geblieben. Daher kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder!

Excellent séjour, en tous points. Notre arrivée a été facilitée car nous étions un peu en avance et Maria Valeria s'est montrée très réactive pour nous accueillir plus tôt. Les recommandations des choses à faire à proximité étaient parfaites, le logement était idéal, nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Le Prato della Valle juste à côté est un quartier dynamique et très beau.

Huge design apartment: ingresso privato indipendente con grazioso cortile proprio. Zona silenziosa e ottimale. Appartamento molto bello, ristrutturato con finiture di pregio. Le due camere da letto sono ampie, con letto comodo, separate da una zona centrale in cui c'è una cucina/soggiorno. Ogni camera ha tv e bagno proprio. Bagni davvero belli, dotati di ogni confort. Cucina con bicchieri per acqua e vino, accessoriata con mestoli di ogni tipo. Tazze per il tè piccoline e senza piattini. Il bollitore non mi ha convinto. Ho sentito tanto la mancanza di un piccolo microonde per riscaldare velocemente senza dover accendere l'induzione o, peggio, il forno che consuma tanto di più ed è tanto più lento. Sembra che alla cucina non sia stata dedicata la stessa attenzione per il dettaglio del resto della casa. Illuminazione interna curatissima. Bel posto. Consigliatissimo.
