Also includes coffee maker, microwave/air fryer/bake, toaster, WI-Fi, TV, YouTube TV approx. 70 channels incl. all network channels.

Pool & hot tub are available for additional fee of $50 per pool use in the morning 9:00 - 4:00, or in the evening 4:00 -10:00. Pool is not heated during colder months, only hot tub is.

The Coop is an early 1900's small, single bedroom house located in the historic Irons' & Grahams' neighborhood in Boerne, Texas (est 1887.) A completely renovated home , this updated & fun farmhouse has all the amenities and comfort you would want for your hill country visit. Large lot with barn, hundred year old pecan tree and backyard to Frederick creek. Full kitchen, queen bed, washer / dryer and storage. Located just two short blocks from the Boerne Main Street Plaza. Masters Lake Cabin

Come enjoy a relaxing stay at the Masters Lake Cabin in the Texas Hill Country minutes from Boerne. This beautifully restored cabin sits on Masters Lake. The property is comprised of 257 acres and features two lakes. The lakes are both stocked with bass for catch and release fishing. If you like to hike, you will find plenty of space for exploring. There is abundant wildlife to enjoy, including: whitetail and axis deer, bison, turkey, ducks and a variety of birds.

A cozy, convenient and peaceful spot on a working farm. This is a small apartment above separate garage with private entrance. Perfectly situated 5 minutes to Comfort, 25 to Kerrville, 25 to Fredericksburg & 20 to Boerne: Great for taking advantage of all the dining, shopping and attractions in the hill country. Also an especially good location for bicyclists & motorcyclists. One small house-trained dog that remains leashed while outdoors is welcome.

The Riverwood - A Hill Country retreat!

The Riverwood cabin was built by the property owner (Oso), a direct descendant of Dr. Herff, an early settler to Boerne in the 1850's. The rustic, craftsman-built cabin sits on an 85 acre historic ranch and wildlife preserve, located just 2 miles from downtown Boerne Square. The cabin is a bit quirky, and definitely an experience, yet has all the comforts you will need for a relaxing stay with friends or family! Please read house rules before booking.
